Clean and comfortable bed, lots of parking space on the property. The breakfast was nice

Suspicious people walking around the first floor, they looked homeless. My family and I didn't feel safe. The low rate is for that reason.

I liked the location for my purpose of the trip and the size of the suites were pretty decent. Quite spacious actually.

I had four pieces of brand-name clothing go missing.

The people on the front were super nice. When you go on, everything looks nicely put together.

My experience was great! I would have given an excellent rating if it weren't for the loud heating fan in my room and my ability to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of items to choose from. My room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I'd definite stay again when I visit NY.

The location is great, there are tons of shops and restaurants in the area. The staff was welcoming and attentive. The rooms were tidy, nice and had great amenities. I would definitely stay again if I was visiting the area for another concert.

The only thing I would change is, I'd like the pool to be open later.

Breakfast was not good. And they close at 9:30

When I realized I had to call the operator to ask housekeeping to clean my room I called and no one showed up all day. I stayed there for 4 nights . My 2 bedroom suites was never cleaned .

I always enjoy staying at the Hiltons. It's always pretty clean and very comfortable.

I feel like the walls were hollow and was able to hear my neighbors walking upstairs. I do wish that they're convenience store had more things in it.
