The BEST thing about this hotel was the refund. I am thankful for that. 1st room had spoiled food in fridge, mold on bathtub and 1 bath towel. 2nd room the lights did not work and smelled awful. Manager wisely, immediately offered me a refund. Thank you.

Not a clean place at all !!! Way overpriced for what you dont receive.

The Motel6 I stayed at in Maple Shade is very nice. It's clean & WELL lit at night. They have a plethora of cameras all over the property. The updated bathtub/ shower is really nice & more spacious. And they are surrounded by every temptation you can have; Wawa, Burger King, Popeyes, Dunkin Donuts in walking distance to say the few.

The place was very noisy outside the premises (cars & Trucks) also many people making noise outside the building. Did not feel safe !! No amenities offered other than a room & bed to sleep.

Check in was fine. Rooms was fairly clean and bed was comfortable. Fixtures in bathroom were stained, fridge looked like it had been dropped down the steps, and the bedding was worn. Exterior of the building was run down and filthy.

As soon as I pulled up you could see this was a welfare hotel . I even asked when I got in. They said yes. I said bye. DO NOT GO HERE

I guess I should have rated it lower as the only good thing to say is I felt safe. And the room was clean. But other than that, bed was uncomfortable, area was loud, and condition of hotel was crappy. But if you just need a cheap place to crash I guess it was ok.

Management was horrible. Place looked like a rehab facility. I only spent one night until I was able to get something better. I lost over 400$ but it qas a lesson learned. Stay awy !!!!

Made a reservation for Oct. 28-9 in August requesting a 1st floor room because we have 2 dogs and the elevators have been out for years.
At check-in, was told no first floor rooms available. "All those rooms were reserved before August?" I asked. The clerk was unbelievably rude, screamed at me and told me to find another place to stay.
I think they house the homeless for government money.
No more Motel 6 for me.

We checked in Late, once turned the light on there was Literally Spit all over the walls! The bathroom was not clean, and the "Manager" on site was extremely ignorant. I checked out immediately the next morning and was told I could not be refunded. Absolutely TERRIBLE experience!

There were ROACHES in my room. I did not enjoy my stay at all.

We just needed a place to stay overnight near the city and this did the job. Not luxurious or nice around there but good place for a nights sleep.

Do not stay here . There were stains on the sheets had to ask for new ones found 2 roaches crawling and 2 spiders. When I tried to ask if anything can be done, I was told if I dont like dont come. This was a waste. The customer service checking in was good but the condition of the room had me grossed out

I didn’t like anything about my stay here. Dirty. Drug deals in parking lot. Whole place smelled of marijuana. Laundry room was filthy and staff was of no help. Beds are absolutely terrible. Nasty walkways with what looks like leaky trash bags drug all over each floor. Elevator was in shambles and seemed unsafe with exposed wires and holes in walls

Bath tub was clogged. Outside sink was clogged up. No customer service what so ever. Need refund. I am disappointed.
