Excellent room other than a broken shower, parking is so hard to find.

Hotel is clean and nice, beds are exceptionally comfortable. The light switches and outlets did not work, my bathroom had a lamp in it as the regular light was not working. They could use a good maintenance person to fix the minor power issues, but everything else was good. Great breakfast included in stay. Nice location with great restaurants in walking distance and in same parking lots as the hotel.

Miley was a very sweet young lady. a good person for the front counter. :-)

Nice place

The staff gave us the incorrect room and said there was nothing they could do to fix it. They were not helpful and asked how I expected it to be fixed. Breakfast was packed with not enough seating or food.

Very average. Check in person not very friendly.

We stayed for 6 nights, We did not use the swimming area nor eat the breakfast as we like to sleep in. This place was so quiet even on the nights they were booked solid. The bed was very comfortable, room was clean. We just happened to be there over the PowWow weekend and the Citywide garage sales. Definitely always something to do... Great local dining to choose from within walking distance if need be. Staff was always very helpful whenever we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice hotel

We were just there to sleep for the night.

I didn’t stay there. I messed up on my reservation and booked it Sep. 2nd-3rd, instead of 3rd-4th.

The stay was ok but the lock did not work and every day of my stay I fought with that lock and then had to go back down to the front desk and get help. One clerk said she would get someone to fix it while I was out but that did not happen. Many walls need to be painted and the shower was missing a shelf. The poo Walls are dirty and many pars of the pool area is rusty. The shower in the pool area needs repair. The shower head in my room was leaking down the side so not much shower power. I dwont stay at this hotel again

Helpful, friendly staff

Lots of room for parking. We are hauling a large trailer.

They were having trouble with their hot water and did not think to mention it to guests.

Whoa! Time for a remodel project. Flooring, Linens. Furniture. Paint. Window Coverings. Mildew ridden.

We had a room on the 3rd floor for 2 nights. Only one elevator was working, got the run around on where to find an ice machine the first night. In the end a staff member got us ice from the kitchen staff only area. The following day shortly after lunch I called the front desk to ask for toilet paper, clean towels and coffee pods. They were never delivered. I had to go to the front desk, ask again and then rtn back to my room with those items. 2nd morning of complimentary breakfast and they ran out of sausage, eggs and other foods. They never did replenish any hot foods even though it was still between the hrs they stated breakfast was offered. There was boiled eggs, yogurt etc still available but hot breakfast food was not. The facility was nice, just disappointed with the service we rec'd from the staff who were working the dates we stayed at your hotel. Also ran out of complimentary coffee (two urns and both were empty) and hot water kraft was empty. Even after telling the staff no effort was made to replenish the coffee etc. Disappointing!!

The front desk staff was friendly, but the hotel was dirty. Garbage bags full of garbage in hallways for 2 nights, shower area was filthy, rusting parts of shower door, missing parts in shower, overall was not very clean and the AC was not working properly. When I got back from my work meeting, my room was 76 degrees and when I first checked in it was 62. I tried to cool it down after the first meeting but it took hours for it to cool it down.

Everything was great. Nice size bathroom. Nice refrigerator/ microwave. Excellent check in service.

We loved it and it felt like home

The stay was nice. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Only issues I had were the beds were not very comfortable, the fridge wouldn’t stay closed on its own, there wasn’t any extra toilet paper in the bathroom, there was a random sock on the floor by the dresser, and the dresser wasn’t clean. Otherwise it was quiet and nice. Even with the issues I’d still stay here again.

Staff was good and attentive. First room had no towels, no toilet paper, and no shampoo. Second room had no shampoo and left over food and garbage in the dresser drawer.

Walked in to no shower curtain. When I went and asked for one they said they didn’t know where to find one and they’d bring one in the morning. Never brought one. We pulled down the covers and found dried blood all over the fitted sheet.

Bed comfortable, clean room. Hotel common area needs TLC. Breakfast area was dirty and area was ignored. Coffee/tea area was messy and removed from breakfast location. The table that held a variety of cereals in individual containers were floating in water from l asked water container. Table legs were stabilized by wadded napkins. Dust buildup on the vents. Upon checking out, the gal at front desk was fixing her breakfast smoothie/shake drink. Since I had made my reservation through a 3rd party site she said I would receive my receipt from them. She wasn’t wearing a name tag and I sensed she was tired and not very helpful. Lobby was tired and meeting room A had some pretty big spots in carpet.

I booked a king bedroom and after checking in and got in the room, they gave me a room with 2 double/queen beds. I went back down to lobby to ask about it and was told they were out of kings due to people not checking out. I was not told or asked if this was ok, I booked a king for a reason. The beds were extremely squeaky, but the sheets were soft. Only 1 trash can in the bathroom but no where else. The pool was closed half the time due to maintenance but when open the water was so cloudy it looked gross and my son didn’t want to swim even though that’s his favorite thing to do. Also, room looked fairly clean but could have done a better job vacuuming as there were things on the floor still. Breakfast was just ok. Felt I overpaid for sure especially with the inconveniences I was given

Easy access Breakfast area didn’t seem that clean Management was too relaxed, was in short, shorts taking out weeds outside . Then when walking inside another worker had her feet up on living room table .

The hotel was dirty. Our first room was unprepared.

Pool area needs updating. No pool towels unless you ask. Loud dehumidifiers going. Hot tub cold. Pool was nice temp. Room lights need all bulbs replaced. So dim you could use them all as nightlight. Headboard had a bunch of scary scratches in it. Need some shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the shower. Staff was great. Breakfast area clean and neat.

I reserved and paid for two queen beds (2 adults, 2 children) however when we walked into our room, there was only one king size bed - for a family of four. When we went back to the front desk, the young man that checked us in informed us that they had no other rooms and I would have to talk to the manager in the morning. Being that it was 11:30 at night and we needed to get up early for the next leg of our journey, I did not want to try to find another hotel. I asked the clerk if he could at least provide us with additional blankets and pillows so that two of us could sleep on the floor. He informed me that they had no extra linens or pillows!! Eventually he found a pull out bed that could sleep one and told us he would put it in the room. Well, he left it outside the door of our room and threw two duvet covers on the floor at the door. My husband and I had to move the furniture in order to wrestle the pull out bed into the room. I spoke to Christa, the manager, the next morning who told me she would contact Expedia to give me a full refund. Three days later, Expedia informed me that the management of the hotel would not respond, so no refund. I guess I should be happy that Expedia offered me $25 in Key Cash??? Also, the hotel was very dirty (your shoes stuck to the dirty floor in the elevator), there were bags of trash leaning against the wall at the elevator, and the yogerts at breakfast were expired! Do not give Wingate by Wyndham in Bismarck, South Dakota your business

The room we had the carpet was disgusting it had a red stain on it that looked like blood but hopefully was not, a large really sticky spot with visual guck on the floor (we covered it with paper towel that I went and bought) another sticky spot by the desk and my wife rewashed the bathroom floor as it was sticky as well as the side of the tub as something was spilled down it. We have stayed in several Wingate by Wyndham properties this trip and while most were older and I will call them tired (showing their age) the one in Bismarck was newer and it was sad to see it in this shape. It will definitely make us think twice about booking with Wyndham again. The second issue we had and this is a big one for me. I had stepped out of the room to take some items to our car and a Wyndham staff member was knocking on room doors, I assume checking to see if people have left / checked out. Is this not something that upon checkout that the cleaning staff should be notified by the front desk that the room is ready to clean. My take on it is, if no one has heard from me until 11:00am which is the check out time then no one should enter my room. Thankfully my wife hadn’t stepped into the shower as he would have opened the door as he did with the next room. In a day and age of heightened security this is unacceptable.
