This place is in the heart of the old town area. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. They helped me with organizing tours for sapa and HaLong bay as well. Highly recommend!

Good location with many eating places near by, easy to walk to to main attractions from here or otherwise get the Grab. Friendly staff, Jasmine the reception person was helpful, room was comfortable and had good breakfast in the morning.

We had lovely stay at the golden art hotel. Excellent location right in the heart of the old quarter, and impeccable service. Jasmine in particular was very kind and helpful, organising transport to the hotel and local advice. The rooms are comfortable but not luxurious, and the price is very fair. Breakfast is included - the pho is delicious! It’s a great base to explore Hanoi from, with aircon and wifi - what more do you need?

Typical Han-oi style hotel. Room wasn't ready at 1600hrs which was disappointing but other wise clean and effective hotel.

Nice place to stay! Watch out for the tiny steps in the rooms... caught one of us out! Other than that friendly helpful staff, clean rooms etc.

The staff was exception. I reached out to the hotel on Expedia chat for an airport pickup and they promptly responded thru email and arranged the pickup and drop off for roughly $18 and $13 respectively. The had plently of suggestions for tours and Jasmine regularly checked in with us. She was great. The old quarter is a great place to shop and eat. We'll be going back to stay longer for multi-day tours and explore north and south of Hanoi.

We enjoyed our stay here. It is right in the center of the old quarter, within walking distance of the major sights of Hanoi. The room was quiet and clean, the bed and shower were comfortable, the staff was very friendly, breakfast was good. We would stay here again when in Hanoi!

My husband and I had a wonderful four day stay at the Golden Arts Hotel. The location was perfect. Jasmine and Lily took care of every need. We will definitely be back!

Loved our stay at Golden Art Hotel! It is conveniently located in the Old Quarter, near tons of dining and shopping options, and serves a delicious breakfast. But best of all, we were lucky to have Jasmine organize our entire stay in Vietnam! She provided tour options at a lower cost than we were able to find online and everything was perfectly well planned. Our tours included: a cultural city tour of Hanoi with a private driver; a walking street food tour in the Old City which was fantastic; a visit of the caves in Phong Nah national Park; a two day cruise in Halong Bay; and all hotel and airport transfers in between. All highly recommended, we are just sad we ran out of time to visit Sapa! Also, Jasmine's restaurants, tailor, and massage parlor recommendations were spot on. Thank you Jasmine for everything!!!

We just needed a hotel room for a night before our trip to Ha Long Bay. We were lucky to find a great room at a reasonable price with breakfast included and early enough to catch the bus the next morning.

The staff was excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable about good places to go and ear.

Very basic accommodation. It is expensive for what I paid for and not value for money, however the property is clean but very budget basic and its rating should be reflecting this. It is not a 3 star hotel. The staff are wonderful and I cannot thank Jasmine and her girls enough for everything they did for me while I stayed with them.

Wonderful staff. Professional, friendly, helpful service and good English. Decent breakfast. Quiet street, but walking distance from everything. Renovated some years ago and starting to show its age. It would be great to have nicer/newer bath towels and some open shelves/hooks in the room. Recommended

The hotel is conveniently located in the old quarter & easily walkable to the markets & many cafes & food spots. Also, easy to walk to most tourist attractions. The staff is so welcoming & helpful! Convenient store just across the street made it easy to stock up on cold water to stay hydrated.

This was my 2nd time staying here at Golden Art and it is a great place in the heart of the Old City. Unlike so many hotels in the Old City this location is void of traffic and construction noise, but yet perfectly located. The staff are very professional and helpful. Jasmine was so helpful, she recognized me from my last stay in 2019 and made me feel so welcomed. Breakfast has a wide selection of ala carte selections. Again, a great place to stay and is my 'go-to' hotel on my future trips to Hanoi, Big thank you to the staff, Sean

Hotel in Old Town area, very convenient for shopping, dining, or visiting any most interest places in Hanoi. What I like the most here is the excellent Staff, friendly & polite and the area is quiet. We stay there few nights, 1st night, room was a little small so we were offered to change to a bigger room, very comfortable. Thank you staff, especially Jasmine, for very professional customer service. Will come back if visiting Ha Noi again.

Great location, friendly staff & room had everything necessary for the stay. Only downside was that breakfast was a bit slow to be served as it was served by staff but that is fine when not in a hurry.
