Overall good property, good food. Location is fine too. Pool is very small for the number of rooms.

I selected this hotel so my children could swim in the pool, but it was "closed for maintenance". The main restaurant was dirty. Our stay was singlehandedly salvaged by the excellent bartender.

The night duty manager who checked us in was very quick. Thanks for a smooth check in.

We had good pleasant stay. I will advice to choose breakfast it was very sumptuous breakfast. We love our whole stay.

What a great place! Definitely enjoyed the place and service! My family is from Agra and when we come to visit we usual stay with them. This time we wanted a smoother transistion in entering India from the US and have the amenties of home! I would recommend all my family to stay here when we come visit again.

I was in Agra in connection with my Dental Implants at a Clinic in close proximity of this Hotel where I stayed for 12 days beginning Jan 09,'22. I'm highly thankful & appreciative of the hotel staff especially from the Restaurant who so fondly made me special meals keeping in mind my Dental Conditions. Though by the last day i.e. 20th Jan, I was completely transformed after successful Implants whereafter I tested & tried my new teeth on everything from 'Daal Makhni' to Chicken & Mutton. Housekeeping staff was also attentive & particular about minute details of cleanliness.

No window in the room made the room so much suffocating.

The Hotel should be termed as Excellent as Marriage hall and Marriage Hotel. We have stayed with your Holiday Express Inn Yeshwantpur and it was excellent. Seeing that hotel, we preferred to stay with Holiday Inn at Agra but it was not at all to expectation. Services were slow, Daily marriage occasions which cause disturbances to Guest. Main Entrance were at times full due to marriage party. On 27th night, at 3.10AM, the door bell rang and when on opening, the house keeping staff with bed sheet was standing and were asking, whether have we requested for the same. This is the condition. Only CAFE G was really good and excellent staff as well as Excellent food. We are members of Raddison Blu Hotel and we generally stay with hotels like Hyaat, Courtyard, Leela every hotel has separate entrance and Premises for taking care of Marriage Party, Marriages and other parties.

We loved that we were able to checkin early but after that the service went downhill. They couldn’t make change, they couldn’t provide great advice on transportation and seemed to laugh amongst themselves at our expense when we asked questions, they said due to technically issues they couldn’t give us two keys and the safe in the room was locked and we had to request them to come to the room two times to fix it, the first they never showed and the second took forever. It was very bad customer service. Also some of the staff stared at us like we were like animals in a zoo - it was very uncomfortable. We’d previously stayed at the Holiday Inn Jaipur Center City and the experience was so amazing we chose to stay at another holiday inn in India. This one was very disappointing.

Great location, nice facilities and satisfactory food could not overcome extremely poor service. Among many issues with service, Worst was infant crib incident. On day 1, Hotel staff provided us an infant crib ( on our request) on arrival at about 700 pm. But then hotel staff came to room at about 9:30 pm and took away the crib. We were told that hotel had only one crib and if was to be given other family who was “really” mad. We argued but were tired and were trying to put tired infant to bed. So they took crib away. Next morning (day 2) I complained at front desk and was told that GM will contact us. No one contacted us. So in evening I went back to front desk to see the GM. He was not there.. I was surprised that even though House keeping Mngr knew about the incident butI did not take initiative to contact us. House keeping promised us again that GM will see us next day. On day 3 on check, out floor manager met us. He was very apologetic and offered 50% discount for one night. Too late too little. Mgr promised to take action to made sure that such incident does not happen again. I don’t think I would want to stay here ever again.

This has been the best hotel I have stayed at in India so far. Everything was clean, bright, and amazing. From high pressure hot water showers to pillows and beds smelling/looking fresh to an AC blasting ice cold air! Room layout was more than spacious along with functioning utilities such as an iron, blow dryer etc.

My stay was great! The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and a very inviting and relaxing place to go back to after a day is site seeing. They had free movies in English, the room service and house Keeping was exceptional! and I want to thank Mr. Rupendra and Mr. Vikram in Housekeeping! They went above and beyond in seeing to my needs! Thank you gentlemen! The food was excellent! The employees in the restaurant were very gracious, friendly and helpful! A total enjoyable experience at Holiday Inn Agra! I would definitely stay there again and U recommend anyone going to Agra, India to visit the Taj Mahal and Fiort Agra to stay at the Holiday In Agra, you will not regret it! Wonderful place to stay! Stay in Holiday inn for my 2nd Wedding Anniversary, asked them if they could anything special in the room, answer from them was NO we cannot do anything special.I was offered the room that was at the end, I had injury in my foot recently I was not able to walk far distance, They were kind enough to change my room near to lift lobby (after requesting them multiple times.)I had to change my room again because something wrong with the mattress or blanket was having itching when on bed, while taking shower water got stuck on one side of the shower and was not going anywhere and there was a tiny spider in the room. So we decided to switch the room they were kind again to switch it.In other room again there was problem with Clogged drainage in the shower, I didnt complain about it and stayed in that room. We ordered drinks in our room, and was given incorrect bill (higher) after telling them it should be less than what has been billed, they rectified it, Im glad my wife checked it. Its approx 9 Kms or 30 mins from Taj Mahal. There was no lifeguard at the pool but its only 4 feet deep, no fitness trainer at fitness trainer. Fitness Center is open 24 hours, have all new machines, and faulty weighing machine. Breakfast Buffet was really good plenty of option for Indian and foreign tourist. Chef and server was ready to help you with anything they could. Overall it was kinda Okay stay, will think twice to stay again.

Was given a room next to one that was under construction, very noisy and smelly. Other than that the facilities were good.
