Friendly staff

All of the staff we encountered are all courteous and helpful.

The property was updated but missed the bathroom room because it was leaking out when you shower.

This place was amazing, on the beach, great location. Staff was amazing, very helpful. Will stay there again. I look forward to the next stay.

good place to stay

After one week stay, I would like to say this is not like a 5-stars hotel, may be 4-stars or 3.5. If you use 5-stars standard to stay this hotel, you might be disappointed, just like what I'm feel. Advantage: 1. The location is perfect, one side is the main road, close to Robinson supermarket. The other side is S1 beach, has wonderful beach. 2. The room is very large. The view from the balcony is nice. 3. The service are all friend and nice. 4. The bread and steak in hotel's resturant is good Disadvantage: 1. The hardware condition is old includes wardrobe, shower, flush toilet and etc. Just like I see another review about the room, except big and good view, there is nothing. I even see the cockroach in the room. By the way, some times will there is not hot water. 2. The cleaning is somehow has the problem, either the towels or brushes would not be provided enough. Of course, if you call the housekeeping, they will send you what you need.

Top service. Everyone was polite. Nice large space to spread out. Beach area was not too busy.

Staff are nice. Room amenities are great! Quiet place. I just thought the buildings are outdated. The food in the restaurant is also quite pricey. Overall meet my expectations.

We were treated like we were the Ambassadors! Best property by far on the Island when we compared it to the others we considered before booking.we payed a little more for private boat shuttle to and from the airport and woth every peso

Very well maintained resort! Lots of employees working which explains the efficiency of this resort. Excellent service, beautiful beachfront location, large clean modern rooms, nicely landscaped property, kids loved the pool and the white sand beach was un real. All in all such a well managed quaint property and well deserves a 5 star review. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return!

The hotel facilities and services were excellent, and the beach was close by, so it was a great experience.

The room was ok except for very large cockroach. Items we wanted for diner were continually not available.

We had a good time at Ambassador except for some minor issues which they were able to resolve in the end. It’s one of the original resorts in station 1 so there are more modern hotel options in the area but none compares to the cozy and homey atmosphere that Ambassador offers its guests. I also love their beachfront area which is quite bigger than other resorts.

Staff were very friendly. They addressed all our needs quickly. We will definitely coming back. Worth recommending to friends and family.

I love the location, close to the beach. nice staff only a little thing in my room. The toilet flute sometimes does not work and the fitness machine needs to be changed

Comfortable rooms, convinient beach location

We had two very nice weeks there. Nice room and good service, helpfull staff. The restaurant is very good, but the breakfast is not as good as it used to be. the bufeet was better.
