The hotel is clean and the staff friendly. It’s close enough to the tourist area where you could walk there is you wanted to but at the same time far enough away that it is quiet. There is a restaurant on site that has very delicious breakfast options.

Upon arrival, staff very rude and smart mouthed. Pool area is opened to the public. There isn't a microwave on premises for the guests, only for the employees I was told. There are no refrigerators in any of the rooms to keep tour seafood cold. Spa massage was outsourced and was done poorly. Just overall a bad place to stay

Stayed here for 2 nights. My only complain is that the room that we got was NOTHING like the booking picture. Hotel has done renovations but from what I saw the 1st floor (where we stayed) has not gone through renovations yet. Although, dated the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was very little hot water… not cold but if u like hot showers you’ll be disappointed. It’s central to walking downtown, which is recommended if you are going to be drinking/clubbing since police puts checkpoints every night after 10pm…there’s plenty of parking to park your vehicle and pool area is small but nice.

I did not like much about the property. Too many things missing that they could improve, for example having a microwave and a refrigerator in every room which they don’t have. Also toilet was not working properly, they also need more security around the property to check what is going on especially the pool area where they have perverts making up in the water

Very loud. No enforcement of “quiet times” screaming kids at the pool past midnight, so didn’t get any rest after a day of traveling . Guest Nextdoor were also very loud past midnight. Mosquitos in room. Room was clean, staff were friendly. Restaurant was okay. Would give it a zero, but forced to put a one, due to the price and the lack of rest my family and I got.
