The hotel was nice and in a good location for where we had to visit and get to the airport. The climate control either had the room too hot or too cold and would push out cold air to cool the room off. Considering we went at the end of November, that was not good. We ended up turning the climate control off altogether.
I would also suggest putting throw pillows onto the couch as a nice touch.

It’s was absolutely horrible ! I wish I could get my money back. The internet was down, I could not work , I also had the kids with me some they could not access entertainment. The fridge was leaking my son fell in the water Pooled around the fridge , the lamp was broken , they ran out of paper towel and toilet paper for the rooms , it’s was a totally disaster . Never ever going back here and I will be emailing hotels.com for a refund . Stay away

We were a family of 5. We used the sofa bed, but it was in terrible shape. Other than that, everything was more than satisfactory. Breakfast was decent.

A most comfortable hotel, with a spacious and well designed room and barheoom.
Good mini kitchen. Ideal forca short stay. The breakfast was adequate. Computers in the lobby were a good additional facility for those not carrying their laptops.

I enjoyed my stay so much. Rooms are clean, accessible and equipped for all my needs. Excellent staff- they helped made check-in process easy and fast. Breakfast was delicious and at a convenient time.

The front desk staff provided excellent service with the IT issues experienced around the world. The room furniture was definitely out dated, it was old, and didn’t seem clean enough to sit on and be comfortable. The carpet should have been replaced. When you come into the hotel, it has a great updated vibe, but rooms fail
To carry on the updated theme. I love the way the breakfast was set up , it was clean and efficient, the rep for that area kept the food replenished. A great addition to the juice bar- was the lemon water. Nice exercise room. I cannot say enough how nice the reception area is, open space great seating. It would be nice to have paper towels since there’s a kitchenette.

My first night was rocky as I woke up with a skin irritation on my neck, chest, arm and hip. Not sure if I was allergic to the sheets or what but I elected to cover my pillows with my t-shirts and sleep on top of my clothes. I didn’t have any more issues after this.

It said the room have a kitchenette but when we got there I was told the portable hot plate have all been used up. I was dissapointed. The next day, the staff brought a hot plate to the room when it was available.
I also forgot my Roku remote in the room after we checked out and the staff was able to find it and send mail it to my house with. Of course I had to pay for mailing.

Walls were super thin. You can hear everything from your neighbors room. All the laughter, yelling at the kids, kids crying… everything!!! The neighborhood is no good. Looks like the slums. There were loud music into midnight for the 2 nights I stayed there. The owners of this place must be super stingy. The breakfast which wasn’t great to start with, had no eggs nor sausage as per advertised, was promptly closed at 9:00 am on the dot. They also did not make enough coffee to last till end of breakfast. It was 8:55 I tried to get some coffee, it already ran out. A lot of hotels have coffee all day long, it doesn’t cost that much guys to have coffee at least for the morning. The receptionist wasn’t that friendly also. Overall, bad hotel stay. Would never stay here again.

We were visiting family who live in the area. We have stayed here before and will stay here again, It is convenient, clean and the staff is very friendly. It is close to a lot a great restaurants and my sisters house.

My family came in from out of state and they truly enjoyed the stay, they especially enjoyed the walkable grounds and the beauty it captures. The one thing that I did experience that needs to be highlighted and that is the CUSTOMER SERVICE! The Staff from the front desk to the housekeeping was SO KIND and HELPFUL to my family and I (which is HUGE for me). Thank you for a great experience and GREAT service.
