We stayed here for a funeral. It was convenient, but in all honesty it was the only hotel close to our destination. We chose it for the location. The rooms were comfortable and there is a small pool which was enjoyed by the children in our group.

The breakfast is mediocre and expensive if you don't book a room with breakfast included. The lobby is poorly designed and doesn't have enough room for guests. No full restaurant. there are plenty of great places to each nearby, but if you arrive late at night make sure you eat before arriva.

The Indian women that worked at the desk had disgusting attitudes. They were so nasty. They were not helpful at all and they didn’t hide the fact that they didn’t wish to accommodate me or help me with understanding any of the hotels policy. They need to get rid of them because they’re the first face that is seen when customers arrive. The men were very nice.

Quiet, convenient, lot’s of parking. Bed size and comfort excellent. Good sleep.

Should have included breakfast for price. Room should have been made up each day. Using Covid as an excuse did not make sense. Room should have better vacuuming for cleanliness. Lobby snack food way overpriced.

A little overpriced for one night

Great, location. Loved the bed and the bedsheets. Smelt fresh! was extremely comfortable, I was out like a light.

They appeared to have done renovations in the washroom and the install was poorly done. Each time you washed your hands water dripped to the floor. To save the floor I kept dry towels on the sink so the water would not pool there. The roof was displaced, again some renovation was in progress and they ceiling tiles were askew. Some of the towels missed the bleaching process, there were stains! Life happens, I just did not use the towels on my person. Smoking in the elevator. Seems most guests missed the Non smoking MEMO. May need to install sensitive smoke detectors or cameras as a deterrant.

Near our son for when we visit. Very clean, well located for us. Last time we ate there food was quite good. But mostly the room was very clean, the bed very comfortable, price per night also quite good.

the staff has no communication between them . I asked for late check out for 12 noon which was approved by the front desk person . At 10 am I started receiving calls asking at what time was I checking out . I received 4 calls in total to my room , which completely ruined my sleep . We only stayed here for one night New Year’s Eve , so we got in pretty late and we’re really looking forward to getting at least 6 hours of sleep , which was impossible. Very disappointed! this room cost me 279.00 and my late check out request wasn’t even honored .
