Everything was good with one exception and that was that one window wouldn't lock. We didn't discover until leaving that we were only ½ mile from Walmart, whichbeould have been handy to know. There didn't seem to be any food service within close walking distance but, fortunately, they have a restaurant and the food was decent. The surrounding area is industrial.

Not sure why this hotel has high ratings, it’s severely outdated, rooms are old, dirty, doors do not have weatherstripping at the bottom which allows bugs to walk right in. Washrooms have toilets from the 80’s and showers from the 90’s. Lamps are old and dark. Spend the extra $10 and go to La Fe area instead

This was a very horrible hotel and why i only stayed 1 night there. I wish to speak to somebody about refunding the rest of the stay

Everything was good, room service fast and food was ok, we paid about 4 extra dlls so we can get full breakfast. Overall everything was fine. The only bad thing to say was the restroom it was full of mold . Everything else was clean. Room was very spacious
They also have a playground for the kids.

Sufficient. Depending on what your plans are in Monterrey, the location could be a positive or negative. For me, it was a positive because it was near the places I needed to go too. If the places you need to go to are near this hotel, then you should find that the hotel will suffice.

Check in was quick and efficient, not as much fuss as other hotels I've been to. There was some trouble with the door keys, but the person working came up to fix it pretty quickly. Breakfast was limited but enjoyable! It's close to the airport, but that means its a bit far from the center of the city. Overall good stay, and I would recommend it.
