Nice hotel, big room, excellent shower and good breakfast. We found the check-in and check-out quite frosty and there was no apology for the dirty, blood stained duvet cover that had to be changed 3 times (because every replacement was also stained). We weren't even asked how our stay was.

The room itself was really nice. I loved the colors, the huge bathtub, bathroom area, and the beds were comfortable! However, there is a really bad smell at all times in the main lobby and 2nd floor where the dining hall is. It is as if they continue to spray a really bad men’s cologne to perhaps cover up something. This took away from having an otherwise wonderful experience.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff is the best. We happened to be in our room during the 7.4 earthquake, and the response from the staff was incredible. The front desk offered to change our room since it was somewhat impacted by the earthquake effects, which we declined because we were already settled in and damages were minimal. They were so kind, understanding, and willing to continue making our stay as comfortable as possible. I really enjoyed the very healthy breakfast options. There was always congee with many add-ins. I always had their pork floss every day - it was really so delicious. The chef always prepared a meat and vegetable soup, a delicious meat dish, several cold dishes, and vegetables. As someone who needs to be careful about their carbohydrate intake, I truly appreciated the plethora of healthy and delicious options to choose from. If you're the kind of person looking for pancakes, waffles, and donuts for breakfast - I'm afraid you'll have to look elsewhere. Our room was quite spacious and comfortable. I would like more shelving for clothing. Luckily, I use packing cubes and I was able to stack the packing cubes together to organize my clothing. Access to a microwave would be nice, but not something normally included in hotel rooms. I would stay here again! I had a great experience.

Very good hotel service and the property is quite new and well maintained. Location is good, approximately 4-5 mins walk to MRT station, many local restaurants just next to the station.

Had a great stay. Wanted a robe and was delivered by a robot. Pretty cool. Would've been great if there were extra blankets in the room.

Excellent hotel with awesome amenities and very clean condition. Staff are also very polite and friendly. Breakfast is included with the stay and we really enjoyed the variety of food selection they offered.

Excellent hotel staff Roy who provided “a step beyond” service. I realised that I have left my passport in the hotel room en route to Tao Yuan airport. Roy and team located my passport and helped order a separate taxi to bring it to the airport so I could make my flight in time. Grateful for the team’s help.

Excellent and very professional service. Especially the breakfast is very good and delicious.

In our room the power kept shorting out. In the middle of the night it would go out and then turn back on with all of the light's and tv. So sleeping was a nightmare. And not a hige issue but check in time is on the minute. We tried to check in 15 minutes early and they said no.

The place is very comfortable and cozy. The staff are all very nice and helpful. It was a wonderful experience

First time stay in this hotel, breakfast is good but not much change everyday. Front desk staff are friendly. Only complaint is the cleanness. The carpet in the room is not clean, I can see dust around the bed.
