Very comfortable, clean, spacious and quiet. Definitely could do better with the front desk people. The where chatty, disorganized and smelly.

The hotel itself is ok. A little bit outdated, but clean. The staff was not great. We asked for bedding for sleeper sofa in advance, in our booking request, but nothing happened. Asked the desk to bring it to the room, and nothing happened again. My partner had to go downstairs himself to get bed sheets, etc. The breakfast was not good. Everything was premade, coming from the cans, by the look of it. Thankfully, our room had full size fridge & microwave. Didn’t use the pool, so can’t comment on that. Ok for 1 night

Very run down for the price you pay. Breakfast wasn’t as good as advertised. Pretty disappointed for the price paid. I expect a lot more from a Hilton establishment! The ones in Canada are high class. Hot tub was over chlorinated and was burning my eyes just sitting there.

Overall good stay. Pool and hot tub were good. Close to shopping center. Breakfast buffet was the same food each day and wasn't the best quality.

Great room, hotel amenities and location!

We were greeted by Zahara who was amazing and bubbly and warm. Unfortunately, that’s where the five star experience ended. The room was poorly maintained, the furniture was so tattered. It looked as if a cat had used it as a scratching post. The bathroom door was rusty, and the paint was peeling off. The most shocking part was that instead of having proper bedding on the beds, a bedskirt was used as a comforter, covered with a duvet & the boxsprings were exposed. Clearly, you are a pet friendly hotel because your rooms look as if dogs have been living in them for weeks. I was not what we expected for over $225 a night. The bed itself was comfortable and we slept well and the noise level was low. So that’s a good thing.

Comfortable for a week stay. Nice breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms. Nice gym, pool and hot tub. Overall staff was friendly. Near shopping and food choices.

The furniture was very worn, plether cracked, cloth parts had filthy black stains. Carpet could use cleaning. For what I paid per night, I expected better. Staff, especially Cynthia was amazing. Room cleaned well and often. Breakfast was good andthe Asian lady who took care of it was amazing and always smiling. I would stay again if they either lowered the price or updated the furniture.

The hotel was convenient to what we had gone to Everett to do. The kids all seemed to enjoy the pool and the parlor. The dining area is pretty comfortable and the hot breakfast was better than most 2.5-3 star hotels.

We stayed in a suite for my daughters 10th birthday party. The front desk girl who checked us in was very sweet and even gave my daughter a birthday cupcake. The pool was great. Tons of dining options for delivery.

Good location

Be warned - there is a parking fee. When comparing hotels - take into account it's an extra $13 dollars a night. It is right next to Target, Costco & Alderwood Mall - so maybe that fee helps cover security, but it was a shock to hear it at check-in. The staff at this hotel obviously put up with a lot, but they're all extremely friendly and amazing. As this hotel can house large groups, and the walls are thing. We could hear people flushing and babies crying. You can cook in the suites, and the exhaust fans clearly aren't good enough. The smells in and around dinner time were awful. I really struggled with the strong odors. I ended up buying my own febreeze to try to help mask it. We changed rooms at one point, due to the overwhelming smells. The staff were amazing and help out, they were symapathetic, and clearly this wasn't the first time it had happened. I loved the idea of all the big families being able to use the restaurant/lounge for their gatherings, I just found it overwhelming when it came to our turn to try to BBQ, it was like the family that was using that space were mad that we wanted to BBQ as well. That's what it is there for. A communal space for everyone. The breakfast was typical of a Hilton property, nice and simple and fills everyone up. The all day coffee bar was fantastic, you could see everyone making coffees and sitting or going throughout the days. Even being so close to the highway, we hardly heard traffic noise.

Dated and noisy, heat/air kicked in we thought helicopter was landing, breakfast was terrible and poorly behaved kids touching everything , rooms to noisy to relax and got to smell everyone cooking while in our room

Good place

Very convenient for mothers day weekend.

Liked having free breakfast and it was good. The main gal that kept clean never smiled or said hello. Hotel was clean. Liked pool table. Shower and sink didn't drain well. Like water to ankles when taking shower. Told front desk when checking out.

Staff was helpful, our room could use some updating. Overall good location.

Super close to stores and restaurants

The rooms had some strange smells, probably because of guests cooking some strong smelling foods and there not being a way to open the window. Fabric chairs in dining area had food stains on them, concerns about our clothing

Could use a little sprucing up (dingy paint, stained carpets) but overall not a bad spot. And the service was great!
