Good location and pool

To much chlorine in the pool too often

The lobby, room and pool area were clean

We were verbally assaulted by a group of feral teenagers in the pool and the staff did nothing. We checked out immediately and they are fighting me on refunding my money for a room we used for less than 2 hours.

Great location close to the freeway. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing. The staff was very kind.

The bedrooms need a refresh.

My bed was ok but made noise if I moved

The bed was comfy

There were people living in the hotel and we saw someone bringing a camp stove into their room. There were small kids, under 9, running up and down the hall all night yelling and playing. We found a used chapstick in the drawer in our room as well.

My visit would have been good other than the fact that the hotel charged me for my room and security deposit all together and now I haven't received my deposit for the room back and I have had to jump through hoops just to figure out what to do and then I can to get everything taken care of and the person at the front desk snit knowing what's up with my deposit and then I get transferred to the assistant manager and I never got to talk to them I left a message still no response and this is really upsetting because I shouldn't have to have this issue when I go to your hotel so yeah im really upset about all this stuff and Idk how to fix it

No one came in daily to grab the wet towels unless we left it outside the door
