Ease of access in and out of location, perfect for walking to events, lot's of space to relax indoor and outside and very personable employees. A very clean and comfortable stay. Will use this motel whenever in the area again.

I went to see the Mets play the Phillies.

It was a very nice room, my only problem was not enough parking spaces for all the cars, we paid for parking and only got a spot once.

I didn’t stay because I was involved in an accident and couldn’t travel. I thought there would be some courtesy and get a refund but the hotel and hotels.com refused. I will never use hotels.com again.

$25 for parking after paying 400 for a room? No thank you Never again

Beautiful hotel! Very clean, incredibly friendly staff, and a comfortable atmosphere! I enjoyed the hotel restaurant and bar. It is conveniently located right across from the Wells Fargo Center. I will absolutely be staying again!

The staff were very helpful. The staff in the bar area was the best. The only complaint i have is that the carpet was wet around my bed in my room. It was explained to me that it was condensation

This was a great walking distance from Lincoln financial field and that was the purpose of my trip. Wish there was more to do in the immediate area surrounding the hotel but otherwise great stay and would book again

NEVER EVEN HAD THE CHANCE TO STAY! 2 hours before checking in and being 2 jours away from home, we were informed by EMAIL, that due to “overbooking” our rooms were cancelled and we we were re-routed to another farther away from our venue. Now we booked these rooms MONTHS ago and checked the reservation the night before! Then we were told that “all of a sudden” some rooms were “out of order”…which was it? And it apparently it happens quite often at this location…WE WERE BUMPED, plain and simple!! We were compensated, however, have to travel farther away from the venue, a very un-acceptable situation! Why were we the guests screwed? NEVER AGAIN!

Very close to the sports complex in south Philly. Easy access to all of the major highways.

Good experience. Receptionist was amazing - helpful, attentive, and professional. The room was clean, although they had forgotten to pick up the trash from the previous guest. What was hard was to connect to the internet. Corridors needed some vacuum. Food at bistro was only OK, but still, convenient to have.

The only thing I did not like was the 25 dollar parking fee per night...that lot is empty, and 25 dollars a day is exorbitant.

Such a wonderful stay restaurants nearby and a 15min walk to wellsfargo center employees were kind and friendly and easy request for late checkout.

The check in staff was amazing. I believe his name is Blair and he was perfect from check in to check out. Their system went down after we checked in but the staff was able to over come the adversity and still get our friends checked in after a small wait.

We checked in online then when at the property the system was down and not allowed to check in. The restaurant area was out of food and wine listed. I did not receive a notification that my room was ready until after 8:30pm. I need to be compensated for the inconvenience and the $44 parking charge I got to refresh and change at a Marriott sister hotel my cousin was staying 15 minutes away whose system wasn’t down

I LOVE this hotel. Everything was spotless, the staff was so helpful and friendly. Even my breakfast burrito & breakfast tots were delicious. I'm so impressed! This was the best hotel experience I've had in quite some time. No more Hilton for me, I'm a Marriott girl now. Don't belive the negative reviews see for yourself.

We had a great stay everything was clean and great and the staff was very nice.

This hotel was the perfect place for our family. We came to Philly to see a Phillies game and this hotel was perfect for us. The convenience of the restaurant was perfect for getting quick easy meals. The room was also nice and spacious. The beds were a little on the more firm side but I ordered extra pillows and blankets and that helped alot. They put us at the very end of the hall which was great so we would not bother anyone. The area felt very safe and also close to the stadiums. The area was also nice to do some night strolling around and check out the cool Navy ships. My kids loved seeing those massive ships docked. There was also a small basketball court near by that my boys enjoyed. We had to pay for parking, but you have to pay for parking everywhere. The parking lot felt very safe as well considering we were not familiar with the area. But this area was nice and tucked back, almost hidden, from the rest of the city. We plan on coming back in September and this will be the place we book at for that stay.

The hotel is clean and quiet. The three stadiums which are close are walkable. It’s probably a mile walk which isn’t too bad. I would recommend it especially if you are looking to attend a event in one of the nearby stadiums. Also, the hotel staff are very helpful and friendly.
