There is a reason why Sheridan House gets 10/10 on its review - because it is absolutely perfect! Debbie and Mark, who own and run Sheridan House, take perfect care of you. From the multiple freshly made breakfast options, to the attention to detail in the rooms, you will feel thoroughly spoilt! We were staying for a very special occasion of ours and Debbie and Mark made sure that we would have the best experience possible. The rooms are all different, but ours was very comfortable with our own private patio where we were served breakfast each morning. The bed was large and very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and had everything you could imagine needing in a bathroom, including slippers and even special flannels for your shoes to get the Arizona dust off them. The food is cooked by Mark and he takes pride in offering a varied breakfast menu with a mix of traditional breakfast options, but also some unique offerings. Likewise with dinner, there is a varied menu which changes, so you can always try something new. The smoked chicken, in particular, was a standout! We cannot wait to stay again and have told our friends and family about how wonderful Sheridan House is. It is the perfect place to stay in and around the Grand Canyon (it is less than 1hr drive to the South Entrance).

The property is amazing, room was cozy, the food phenomenal, and the advice she gave us about seeing Williams & the Grand Canyon made the trip even more enjoyable. Highly Recommended.

Fantastic! I stayed for 4 nights recently and had an incredible time. The property is well located for drives to all the key attractions. The room was beautiful and had everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The hosts, Debbie and Mark, are excellent - they helped shape our trip with good tour recommendations as well as cooking up some amazing food. In addition to the breakfasts, we had dinner on the property twice and would highly recommend! Overall a very special place and I’d love to stay again.

Property owners were great, very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and the meals were delicious. They offer several different meals for breakfast and dinner. Very helpful with places to see as well.

We stayed for only on night and wish we could have stayed longer! So glad we found this place. From the moment we arrived to us leaving , we felt like a priority. Like having a private little Condo in a beautiful setting. The owners were so welcome, kind and hospitable.

What a wonderful find in Williams. The B&B is nestled in the trees and the surrounding area is just delightful. We will definitely be back for another visit. The fact that this was an adult only property was a big plus for us. We've had our kids and it's now time to enjoy a bit of relaxation without children bouncing off the walls. Let the kids play, but us adults enjoy the serine quiet.

From the greeting when we first arrived to our check out this was the best hospitality experience of our lives. Fully curated and unique daily breakfast menus that match the season, beautiful rooms, great views of the forest, and full dinner at the inn options are all highlights. We can not recommend the Sheridan House more highly. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sheridan House. They gave us very good advice on so many things to make our trip better than we could ever have imagined. The room was clean, quiet and spacious-the breakfasts were beyond words beautiful and delicious. We would recommend to anyone! It was beyond any expectation!

Takes your breath away! Too many little touches to mention. Peaceful, beautiful and the owners are amazing. The breakfast was five star good.

An exceptional B&B which we visited for our anniversary over the 4th of July was outstanding. The Sheridans were wonderful hosts and kept us informed as to their B&B and going-ons in the immediate area. Daily breakfast was exceptional and a "special" 4th of July dinner with bbq ribs was outstanding. The rooms were well decorated and sparkling clean including the on-suite bath. The Sheridans have a labor of love in their place in the pines and it shows in everything they have built in Williams. We look forward to visiting the Sheridan House again in the future.

10/10. Service, Cleanliness, Rooms and Food are all top notch. All food is made from scratch and they can accommodate any dietary restrictions. The rooms themselves are super clean, modern and luxurious. The innkeepers are super hospitable and helpful. Do yourself a favor and order their dinners, they’re amazing and by far the best thing you’ll eat in Williams! Don’t think twice!

We really enjoyed our time at the Inn. Great hosts, fabulous food and a charming location. Our one and only negative was that there was very little sound proofing between our room (the king room with the hot tub) and the dining room. This meant that we were up at 8am each day as folks began moving around and eating breakfast. I think a simple white noise machine qould have done the trick.

My husband and I spent 4 nights here and it's worth every pennies we paid for.We booked the suite call "Willow room" located at the guess house on the second floor.The room look exactly like the picture.Beautiful,Charming and clean.I have a super sensitive skin,So if the room,the sheets or anything in the room I touch wasn't clean I'll get a reactions on my skin so fast but here,I don't have that problem here,So trust me,It's clean.Breakfast.OMG! It's yummy everyday.They'll give you a list of breakfast that change everyday but if you just want a classic American breakfast like my husband just eggs,bacon,toast.They can do that for you also.If you are lazy couple like us.Too lazy to put some clothes on just to go downstair to have breakfast,You can request breakfast in bed and they'll bring your breakfast to your room and come get the trays when you let them know that you finish.Dinner in the room.We decided to have dinner in our room 1 night because we checked the weather the day before and it's gonna snow,So we don't wanna go out for dinner and it was a good decisions we made.Their dinner menu is not many items but It's delicious! And cooked with fresh ingredients.My husband got spaghetti & meatball.He love it so much.Quite a big portion and come with small caesar salad and garlic bread.I got a salad with salmon.The fish was perfectly cooked and doesn't smell a thing,So that's mean it's fresh.Their homemade dressing is yummy and everything on the plate goes well together.

Amazing experience during our short one night stay after driving up from Scottsdale to see the Grand Canyon. Debbie and Mark, the owners, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Everything exceeded any expectations we had, from the welcome glass of wine, cookies waiting in our room, plush robes and slippers, to the incredible steak dinner and even better huevos rancheros breakfast made on site. We will 100% be returning for a longer stay in the future.
