1: A leaky shower. 2: No warm breakfast one of the days because the food truck wasn't going to show. They were less than a mile away from a grocery store. Sure it was going to cost them more for that one day's hot items, but they should have done it. 3: Ineffective sound insulation from meeting rooms on first floor and 2nd floor bedrooms. On our 4th night some sort of event was going on in those meeting rooms which kept us from going to sleep for 3 hours. That happened to be the night before we would be driving 10 hours to return home. Given the lack of sleep, I feel Hampton Inn would have been partly accountable for not providing a decent sleeping environment if I had been in an accident the next day. 4: Limited front desk staff, people would wait for multiple minutes for someone to appear. 5: No tv guide so that one could quickly find programming. No check out time poster/sign anywhere in the room.

Room was dirty, stains on the floor bed wasn’t made. Went to complain dismissed me didn’t offer a better room explanation told me to come back in the am when a manager was there. Manager never came out to speak with me, sent another employee out told me they gave me a refund. But still charged me for 1 night.

Checking in was easy. The hotel was very clean, I could smell a fresh scent as soon as I entered the hotel door. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast choices were great. I would definitely stay here again.

There was mold in the first room. We were changed to a new room.

There is a privacy curtain missing- so light coming in from parking lot i to your eyes shining on bed- no way to close drapes- needs replaced asap- no information on internet- no cleaning or servicing of rooms -

Love them….from the min we got there amazing customer service small issues TV outdated make sure to bring the plug 🔌 to charge your phone every thing needs to be upgraded. Other then that the price was great breakfast was hot and delicious coffee fresh you have a gas station and pretty much everything you need closed by.

Overall room was clean but bathroom in the shower there was mold and some paint was coming off wall.
