Very good service at the check in and out desk. Room was good, bed was comfortable. Things are looking a bit worn. Paint was peeling above the shower. Overall a good deal and a comfortable room.

I feel like, and I mean this nicely, but I feel like when u bring up something the staff doesn’t care. I don’t believe they fix it or try to. For example my phone wouldn’t work well. I explained why and the gentleman said ok I’ll let them know but u could the body language was eh who cares. So #2 my wake up call also didn’t get done. Again he said the girl the night before put the note in for my date time for a year earlier ??? Which I found was odd and the answer was so I didn’t want to wake u up at 6 incase. Again umm ok. The last time I also had issues. I had maid service come in when I had do not disturb on. My key card also wouldn’t work and the new outdoor jack in box voice box? Kept me up in the night as it sounded like the wizard of oz in the sky talking. When I inquired he just said yah it’s Jack in box so it was nice to know but i have never heard it before and it kept me up. The next guy I checked out with was super pleasant. He thanked me. Asked me how things were. SMILED omg he SMILED and was personable and gave me more info on jack box voice outside as others complained. The breakfast is always amazing there. I loved it. Parking is great. Beds are so comfortable and sofa in room is to die for comfortable. So pros cons but I overall would go back. Just wish staff were more friendlier, confident and knowledgable and want** to help and willing. Anywho…

The hotel and staff were great only downside was the homeless in the area. Concerned about our car.

Staff were very nice. Hotel is older and needs a refurbishment. Breakfast was very lacking and of poor quality. Better to not have breakfast included with room rate.

Pros: Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was Great! Cons: A lot of homeless outside and some came inside. Walls a bit thin. Someone was vacuuming at 6am next room and woke me up. Needs a lot of work to fit the pool area.

I had a very large room. I didn’t want to leave the next day! I especially enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool after a very long day driving.

Was good value

The place was nice and clean. The were some general maintenance issues that needed to me done to make the hotel just that much better. Little things such as peeling wallpaper around the shower and the shower curtain leaking and water all over the floor. Good thing was the grab bars in the bathroom and shower.

I’ve stayed here a number of times the night before the Ragnar relay race. It’s safe enough and clean. The parking lot is small and it’s in the back of a hotel cluster. Not a destination and can be loud when guests aren’t quiet, but serves the purpose of a place to rest your head. Staff are courteous and efficient. Coffee is pretty terrible, but Starbucks is across the parking lot.

Great location for getting to the airport, like coffee available 24/7 also juices.. close to a Fred meyers grocery store

The staff was super friendly and helpful.

We stayed 3 nights and never got our room cleaned once, that was a bit disappointing 😕, I had to ask for towels and coffee.

We were there the night of the Stanley Cup hockey final and were disappointed that their tv channels didn't include a sports channel or the ABC channel that carried the game. It was a surprise that the tv channels were so limited. That's not usually important but that one night it was!

Our staying was very good and we love staying at the Quinta safe place clean and the room was clean.♥️

The staff was nice and friendly, the room was as expected. The facility is older with a new facelift. The swimming pool area needs work. The shower was broken, hot tube was not working when we were there and there were no towels. The elevator was most annoying because the doors would not close and you had to wait, the close door button was not responsive. The area the hotel is located is a little sketchy but it’s right next door to a Fred Meyers which was convenient.

The counter staff was great. The cleaning crew very good and the breakfast lady kept everything clean. The suite was good but not enough seating. The sofa bed had seen better days unfortunately.

Friendly staff

Very good impression. I have stayed at 2 different La Quinta’s in a seven day adventure and this was the economical hotel chain that I was most impressed with. Clean, safe, nicely updated.

Great location near the airport. Very clean. Good breakfast. Our room was not refreshed on a day we expected it to be.

We arrived late (10pm) with a small 13’ travel trailer and the parking lot was full except for some places out back which appeared to be next to a homeless camp and no security lights or cameras. The best we could get was promise that if we moved as soon as we could in the morning, they wouldn’t have us towed from the no parking zone. There seems to be a large home population wandering around the neighborhood at all hours of the day. The Jack in the Box had speakers on all night loudly proclaiming that Jack in the Box was private property and that loitering would not be permitted. It’s a shame that the hotel does not have adequate parking for RVs and the homeless wandering around made us feel uncomfortable.

Quiet and clean!

Staff was beyond excellent

Sundays breakfast had a larger variety of meats than Mondays, which is to be expected. Free coffee, hot water, tea, hot chocolate and ice water in lobby 24 hours. All staff very friendly. Forgot my husband’s razor and they graciously gave him 2.

Right next door to Fred Meyer, so that's convenient. Starbucks across the lot. Plenty of parking. Clean rooms. Free breakfast. I'd stay here again.

Key didn't work 3 times at check in. Had to go up and down 4th floor and finally given different room.

There was only one issue, there was a big spider 🕷 in my bath tub when I returned from my outing. Other than that, everything else was all good.

Helpful staff and included continental breakfast is better than most. This is the third time was stayed at this hotel.

It would be nice if they kept water bottles in the room
