We checked in two hours after check in and were given keys to an unmade room. They switched us to another room so that wasn’t a big deal. Went to dinner and came back to a “teenager throwing a tantrum” two rooms down from us. The screams were so loud that people from other properties were coming to find out what was happening. When we complained we were told that we should go back to our room and deal with it or they would be calling the police on us. The service was beyond rude and I would never go there again.

Very good, simple place to stay. Easy walk to 804 oceanside trail, easy walk into main Yachats area for various food, drink, and tourist shopping. Property itself is simple, old but maintained, clean. I like to leave my car parked and walk, and here there were many locals that also enjoyed walking.

The ocean wasn't exactly a "view" as stated. A few houses to look over to see it.

The Dublin House is a family owned motel. I love hearing the stories surrounding places I stay and Brian shared Dublin House’s story. It made my stay even sweeter. You can tell that the family takes pride in their ownership. There were many homey touches to my room. The same small table and chair set is the “sister” to the one in my home.

There was dog hair all over the floor, the ocean view was a joke. You could see the ocean, but it was far away. The bed was very uncomfortable. There were no coffee filters. The place looked like it had seen better days. The shower was nice and the towels were clean.

This was my second time staying here. The rooms are very large. The beds are very comfortable. The only complaint I have is the towels are so small and a little slippery when getting out of the shower. So be careful. Otherwise, its a great place to stay. Great location.

Right on the ocean. Not very clean and outdated. Too many people in the pool so we couldn't enjoy it.

It was clean. The ocean view from room that i paid extra for was over the rooftops of houses. Even on the top floor. Manager was very quick at fixing an issue.

The office hours were not kept; no one answered their phone outside the office mornings after opening. The ice wasn't accessible, and no one responded to requests. The "ocean view" was misleading. It was far away and only seen over rows of roofs. It was clean.

Nice clean and spacious room with parking close to room. Only negative comment: please paint the parking lot curbs a contrast color. In the morning glare I could not see one and tripped over it.

We didn’t want to leave! This isn’t the Hilton but it is cozy! Perfect location for walks into town. Enjoyed using the pool when the children were away! Staff were very friendly. Can’t wait to go back!

Nothing special, but quite convenient for our needs.

Simple old school motel. Friendly receptionist, nothing fancy.

Close to beach view. Distant view from room. Staff was not very friendly and curt. No one at front desk at typical check in time I think it was 5pm.

Very clean well put together room for the price. was just using as an overnight rest stop & got the queen kitchenette. The kitchenette seemed very well equipped. The place isn't big but it's perfect for a beach getaway where all you need is a place to sleep, cook, and shower. Had to pay an extra $40 fee for a late check-in past 10 pm, which was annoying but it was clearly stated on the booking website. So if you plan to arrive late consider another motel as it would probably be cheaper than the room fee. Otherwise the service seemed decent and the place was very clean

We had a wonderful trip and the hotel we stayed at was great. We even received a map for local places to check out. We will definitely be back and stay at this hotel. We felt safe and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Beds were hard, pool closes at 9 pm. Pool room is a giant sauna. No a/c so room was HOT! Fridge is not plugged in until you plug it in so it takes hours to cool off.

Great location with walking distance to everything in town. I had an ocean view room (21) but the view was a small triangle of ocean. Maybe upstairs has a better view. Super comfy bed and futon. Only issue: paper thin walls which allow you to hear everything in the room above and beside. Since my room was on the end though I only “shared” with 2 rooms rather than 3 😉 I recommend driving (short distance) north to the park next to the Adobe. Plenty of parking and easy access to the trail and low low tide adventuring! Look for agates and nature (amazing!!)

We booked the lighthouse suite, but didn't get it. Despite the reason given by the person at the counter (who, I'll say, was nice and apologetic) and all the extra info we were given, I think they just canceled our reservation because they thought we'd "made a mistake" and gave us a standard room. We got a token rebate, but still wouldn't have stayed here for that price if we'd been forewarned. You still get a partial view of the ocean, a fridge and basic amenities, but the walls are paper thin and the bed is very firm. If you do want the lighthouse suite, you have to book through the phone, directly with them.
