Staid for the week the full size fridge freezer was what pulled me in for my needs. Great location near the subway with 2 stops into this city. Great nearby bbq and japanese restaurants. Staff where super helpful room comfortable and everything needed

Room on the top floor was a nice option however the beds are way too hard and the rooms are way too warm. One block from subway made getting around easy.

Wi fi is very slow. Breakfast very crowded and they ran out of certain food items and knives. Subways are a mess with partial closures on one or more lines at night. Many rooms face a blank concrete wall. Neighborhood is creepy at night. Overall I cannot recommend.

Perfect location, literally steps away from the subway with quick access to most places.
Although the suite was a olittle 'tired' the bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept in and even beat ours at home!
If there was any criticism at all, the breakfast was a disappointment. It would have been nice to have more continental options particularly on the bakery side.

We love this hotel! It’s clean, close to the subway and has very friendly service. We had an issue with the shower. It clogged so bad that we had to drain it ourselves with the bathroom trashcan just to rinse off enough to get out. We called for service and it was taken care of quickly. Kitchen sink slow to drain as well. Breakfast was “ok”. Really nice to have large refrigerator (not full size, but larger than a dorm fridge). We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Staff is great. Expensive for being a pretty old hotel. Rooms are very small. Everything was clean but you could tell it was just an old hotel.
if you need a quick spot to stay to get to the airport easily, this will do it's job. Don't expect luxury.

All was fine, except the air conditioner was incredibly noisy, disturbing our night sleep. But I believe a simple repair will do.

We stood one night in this hotel with my husband. The room was very cleaned and very nice. The view from the bedroom was amazing so worth staying here. I wish I had booked my other nights in just this hotel. Omar was very friendly and great checking us in. Will stay here again.

Great transport links into the City and all the attractions, staff excellent and went out of there way to engage. Breakfast was OK, less cheese on everything please and room noisy with Fridge-freezer and aircon buzzing.

We got in very late from international flight. The guy at reception was very kind and friendly. Room clean and comfy. Breakfast decent- Felt expensive for what it was but know city is high.

Got there 30 mins early & was able to check in which was nice after a rough day travelling. We opted out of the self parking due to the cost & was able to find a parking spot, however it is not easy to find parking close. We got lucky. Way more room than we expected which was nice. Hotel was quiet and I hardly saw guests until it was time to check out. Very quiet which was nice, huge bathroom and hot shower (and body wash & shampoo that smells AMAZING). Will stay again if we are in the area.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean and I loved that it had a full size microwave oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and kitchen utensils. I was also able to get a crib for my baby. The hallway had a weird smell but not my room. The bed was not the best but my family and I were comfortable.
