THE CHECK IN WAS SIMPLE ENOUGH.

THE WIFI WAS NOT WORKING AND THE DESK AGENT SNAPPED AT US BECAUSE WE SAID IT HAD COST US OUR UBER EATS ORDER AFTER IT WAS CHARGED. HE WAS VERY RUDE AND THE PHOTOS ARE VERY MISLEADING ABOUT THE AREA AND STATE OF THE HOTEL ITSELF. WE DID NOT EAT THE BREAKFAST!!

A bit old inside, some weird spots, but nothing crazy... Breakfast is not....breakfast, its just tea, coffe and muffins or yogurt...don't take it like real breakfast))

I liked the staff. The parking was safe and abundant. There were no bugs. The room was pleasant. Housekeeping was great. Neighborhood was safe. Lots of dining options. Nice place to stay.I stayed here 3 nights and it was enjoyable.

I had requested an accessible room but there was no ramp into building and no elevator. The room was not accessible. However, the staff helped me with my luggage.

10 min walk from the subway station.

The room had a strong cleaning product smell and there was some small old blood marks on the duvet, probably from having bed buds in the past .

Absolutely nothing

Uppon my check-in, the receptionist asked for my credit card pin instead of giving me the pin pad so I could tap the pin myself. Obviously, I didn't give him my pin and he allowed me to go inside the reception room to tap my password. I should have canceled my reservation at that point. I reserved a non-smoking room, but the room smelled cigarette smoke. Latter, I discovered why. I found staff people smoking inside the building. Linens and towes were old and stained. Clean, but stained. There was no acoustic isolation and the people upstairs woke me up 3 times at the first night. But it was the first and last night. When we woke up, the "breakfast" was a said excuse for coffee and muffin. After a long day of walking through Manhatan, all we could think about was a shower and sleep. However, when me and my wife arrived for the second night, we found a bedbug in our bed. We called the front desk guy and he said "it is JUST a bed bug". We left the hotel and asked for a refund. I could ignore the other problems (I understand it was a not a 5 stars hotel), but bedbugs!!!???? It's a complete lack of hygiene and respect with the guests. I don't recomend this hotel. Actually I recomend to stay as far as possible from this hotel. Booking.com has the video I recorded showing the room and the bedbug.
