Had a terrible smell

Everyone was very friendly the area was quiet as well.

Just ok Bathrooms a little dirty could use some upgrades

Change sheets and blankets often to prevent stains. Everyone was very nice there. Pool is lovely but the inside smell a lil wet like. They are trying ti prevent the smell with air fresheners in the halls.

The hotel has a stifling old smell throughout the building. The bathroom has rusty toilet paper holders and dirty doors. I changed rooms twice only to find them all with the same horrible smell. The lamps were also rusty. The hotel could be much better with a few minor upgrades and a way to get the moldy odor out. I will not stay here again.

Beach shuttle definitely a plus!

It was a good stay and the hitel location 10 minutes from outlet.

Easy walk to the beach

The property was gross and smelled rotten. Lots of mysterious stains in the bathroom not cleaned up. Looked oddly like urine in the sink. 10/10 would not recommend. Wish I could get a refund. Breakfast was bad too if you could even call it breakfast.

We mistakenly booked an assisted facilities room, which we notified the front staff about. They left us in the assisted facilities room. The noise after hours was too loud but we did not report it. There was no way to store clothing either folded or hanging.

Smelled terrible, door knob to bathroom was loose, very noisy to open and shut bathroom door not related to the knob, toilet rocked when you sat on it, bathtub didn’t drain good, tv froze periodically and said could be inclement weather but not a cloud in the sky, holes in the wall where a mirror or picture used to hang. My 14 yr old said “well, I guess a bad hotel builds character”

The hotel had a bad odor right when we came in. The computer was restarting when we got there so we had to end up leaving and coming back, the receptionist was not apologetic at all about the inconvenience. When we finally got to the room the smell was horrible, it literally smelled like urine. The remote didn’t have a back to it. The air conditioner sounded like it was on its last leg. It was dirty everywhere. Stained furniture. The freezer in the refrigerator was froze over. The base of the bed sounded like it was about to fall. If you have other options I would highly recommend you go somewhere else to stay.

Our room had mold behind the headboards and tv. When the AC would turn on it smelt like mildew and the room had a urine smell. We will not be staying here again. 200$ for that was waaaay too much

The room was dirty. First thing we saw when we walked in the room was a TOE NAIL on the floor. The bathroom was gross. The entire facility smelt sour and musky.

Staff very helpful

Could have had better breakfast for the price you pay. Also it needs some upkeep on the rooms and bathrooms.

The staff was very nice abd helpful. The had hot breakfast (waffle, Oatmeal), cereal, different types of muffins, fruits and juice. There was free wifi and the pool was clean.

It's supposed to be a no smoking hotel but when I walked in, it smelled of marijuana. Furthermore, the room smelled like someone had peed in the air unit. Our friends staying in another room had to be moved because they room wreaked of cigarette smoke. Breakfast was fine. The pool deck wasn't very clean or inviting. I probably wouldn't stay at a Sleep Inn again.

Our bathroom was dirty. The place smelled bad. Office staff banged on our door at 10 o’clock when they got confused about what room number had called them.

No hot tub

The staff getting us a room did not display hospitality. The room was $250/night which was way over priced for location, service, and quality. Cleanliness was not a goal, infact there was a used bar of soap in the shower

Booking was easy and quick, check in was smooth, no complaints

It smelled like pot all through the place and the air conditioner in my room was going out

Needs updating but beds were comfortable

Was very clean, everything in great working order & wonderfully quiet. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Will definitely come back.
