The most frustrating and disappointing hotel experience I've had in a while.No hot water - the heater didn't work. Lot of mould in the bathroom. Wifi terribly slow - I switched to mobile data just to be able to access anything. Reception in a different building so few will have appetite to go and complain about anything.Booked the same day and apparently my fault that type of room I booked was not available. They wanted to downgrade me to a windowless room. I refused. So I (1 person) was put into family room with 4 beds. Zero space, almost had to go sideways because the room was completely crammed. The room had a 'window' - on the other side was area where they washed towels and stuff came to eat and drink. So almost constantly someone right behind the window, with zero privacy.

We stayed here for a few hours only to spend the night over as we arrived from the airport a couple of hours past midnight. We made a good decision of booking it only for one day *flex*POSITIVE1.They have 24 hour front desk perfect for guests arriving in the middle of the nightAREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT1.The room is very dirt. We found lots of strands of hair from someone else’s body parts. The bed linens are also stained with what looked like body liquids from humans. 2.The paper towel was running low without even a spare lying around. What’s worse is that it looked as if it was dropped on the bathroom floor and picked up again to dry to be reused. 3.The hotel is not situated in a place that looked a bit unsafe. Better bring all your important belongings if you want to go out especially since there’s no vault inside the room. 4.There’s no elevator if you have big luggage, be prepared for a hard-core workout5.The value for money wasnt maximized. The hotel looked decent enough for a short stay but I think I can find a better place at the same price. Some parts of the facilities are already worn out.

The value was reasonably cheap, this place is just about acceptable if you go out all day and come back to sleep. Bed comfort was OK, room is very basic with half used toilet roll, clean towels, has windows BUT... as we asked, all rooms are smoking so there will be residue stench if you are sensitive to smell. We opened our windows however, as we are surrounded by shop lots and restaurants below, all cooking and oil smell entered our room. It was very unpleasant. The pillows are very dirty, we asked to change to new pillows and sheets but they are the same, so ended up sleeping without them. This hotel can be improved as location wise it is in central town near the jetty and markets.

Good and more comfortable but please add more facilities for future traveller like me. Xoxo

During check-in i've asked the lower level because i've brought my baby together and my husband was alone to brought all of our baggage; total was 4 bags. But according to the staff if we booked through the website then the boss will gave us the room at 4th level only. For me it's not about the price. We can pay the extra but your service must be excellent as well. This will be my first and last time checked-in to this hotel. Thank you.

i enjoy staying at this hotel , the room is nice and affordable for 3 of us, the space also not very small,easy access to jesselton point, seafood stall,philippines market,pasar kampung air,petrol station, malls. the receptionist also very friendly.

Our room 4th floor, so terrible coz need to use staircase..but the hotel near with shopping mall n easy find food.. Banks amd others hotel also nearby.

Nice room but we were on the fourth floor and there is no elevator, 80 steps up every time we went back to the room.

Affordable holiday with many interesting places to visit

if overnight stay before destination.. its ok. but to spend more night, ones should look for other hotel. no lift, if stay at level 3 & 4, prepare to exercise knee
