We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was pretty good. We would stay again.

Check-in was quick and efficient. All staff was approachable and affable and efficient.

Hotel was fine except not enough pillows and blankets to give extra the first night. Got them second night.

Check in process was very good. The room was nice however, not all twoles were clean! Also, a very low water flood at the bathroom sink.

We stayed for the Morgan wallen concert. Great location and clean.

My daughter and I stayed there for four days following escaping the hurricane in Asheville , North Carolina. We were very surprised by some of the lack of friendliness and unprofessional Comments that were exhibited by several of the employees. We were stunned at being corrected multiple times by the lady who prepared breakfast. And one of the gentlemen from India was not friendly when we approached the front desk to ask for information and a late check out on our last day. The hotel itself was located in a wonderful place. The young lady who was cleaning rooms provided us with whatever we needed as we ask for. We asked her not to clean our room all four days in order to prevent them from having to perform extra work . We kept our room clean ourselves. We also had multiple problems with the TV in our room. We had to change rooms because the TV would not come on and when we moved rooms at least twice the TV shut down for a period of time before it came back up . Being spoken to roughly by hotel employees was the most difficult after having such a difficult experience just before we checked in.

Great property and an even better staff!

Room was supposed to have sleeper couch, it didn’t. Got offered a roll away bed (which I had to take up to the room myself). Upon opening it, I found an earring and dirty sheets.

Room was clean beds were hard tub had hard water stain in the bottom and the breakfast was not so great. The biscuits were hockey pucks they had a split open banana out which had attracted fruit flys and was already turning mushy bacon was over cooked. Hard beds are fine for me but others might not like it. And the room description said sleeps 5 but the were only two beds no pull out couch or recliner just two beds and a hard chair that was stationary.

We loved this hotel! The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was great to have a guest laundry too.

This was a wonderful hotel! We were comfortable, breakfast was good, hotel staff were very accommodating! We couldn’t ask for better treatment.

The hotel was nice. I didn't like that we were put in a room surrounded by dogs. Yes, we did bring a dog, but our dog does not bark. Late that night and early the next morning, the other dogs barked constantly every time someone walked by the doors surrounding us. It wakes you up and if you have kids, this is a problem. I would ask for a different floor next time if I stayed. The hotel was clean and safe and the staff were friendly. It was a good place to stop.

The stay, the staff, and the hotel itself was excellent. Very clean. The surroundings of the outside was dark and seemed a little sketchy at night.

Was close to everything the airport and downtown. Had great service and a great free breakfast.

Great stay

All was pretty good but back elevator needs serious maintenance. Feels very unsafe.

Property was ok for one night but I would not choose to stay here again. It is a non-smoking property so everyone smokes outside and leaves their butts all over the grounds near the building. Interior was dark and furniture was quite dated looking...could use a makeover. The building and parking lot seem a little dreary but it was ok for one night while on the road. Room was clean but there was a makeup smear on the wall that should have been removed. There really are no dining options close to this hotel so you need to drive to find even a fast food joint for a meal. Staff was friendly and breakfast was just ok.

Location of this property was perfect for our needs, right off the interstate and close to all kinds of foods & stores. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and easily accessible. It has been recently updated and is nice & clean!

Nice place to stay, clean and spacious rooms

This is my second stay at this property. The first time the room was nicer. This time it was decent but not as nice. It felt older and not as maintained but still good overall.

The Hotel was very clean and the staff was super nice and helpful.

The staff is amazing, especially the lovely lady who prepares the breakfast - thanks for the extra hot coffee 😊 Our room was clean, and the overall facility was clean, however, the outside appearance, mainly referring to the gazebo area, needs great attention. It should either be redone or just torn down.

Very nicely remodeled hotel with friendly staff and a great breakfast for a hotel. Would def stay there again.
