These bungalows are not for me. They may be great for someone else, but as someone who likes proper lighting to do my makeup in (I’m middle class prissy) - this was not the place. Very dated. I didn’t like the carpeting on the floors and there are absolutely no amenities.

There were spiders in the room. The heater was barely working. I would not recommend staying.

The Paradise Lodge & Bungalows have a lovely history and we actually had our stay in one of the original, renovated, bungalows. Nice and quiet away from the bustle of town and Lake Louise but cosy accommodation. Good space and well thought out. There is a small gas heater that adds to the ambience and enough room around the bed to walk around comfortably.
The grounds are painstakingly maintained and have been developed over years. Great persistence from the family who started and still own the lodge. The family are approachable and were happy to share their insights into the the property and it's history etc. Very informative and interesting.
We were able to book the shuttle to Moraine Lake, after a 45 minute stop at Lake Louise. It was good to get out early and not worry about parking. Also Moraine Lake not being accessible by car either. If you don’t mind a walk the lakefront at Louise is also attainable in less than 25 minutes. Slight uphill walk on a gravel path, however not suitable for luggage to get to the 8X shuttle bus service. The walk to town probably not for everyone either. To get to the village would normally require a vehicle.

The location is great when you are visiting Lake Louise.

We enjoyed our stay! Walk to Lake Louise was about a mile. Cabin was quiet and convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed there 3 nights and our room was cleaned only once. I brought it to their attention. Disappointing, especially with how much we paid for our room. A dollar amount concession was made that helped. I would come back in the future.

This is a super cozy, clean and beautiful place! The staff are very friendly and helpful! The room is nice, the sheets and towels are new and very clean! The gardeners have done an incredible job here and the flowers are gorgeous around the entire property! The library provides an excellent quiet place for people who have to do some work or have a meeting during the stay! I highly recommend this place!

Lovely cosy cabin , larger than expected. Good quality furnishings & very clean . Soon warmed up when we arrived in snow in June .

Ww loved our cabin at Paradise Lodge & Bungalows. From the friendly staff to the cleanliness & adorable accommodations, we truly enjoyed our stay there. We would return for a visit again. Highly recommend it for location to explore Banff National Park & all its beauty.

We were a group of 3 people. Me, my wife and our son.
There was no shower gel in the property.
The property gets really hot in the middle of night.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights at the end of May. We loved this place, it’s quiet and close to lake Louise and the town center. Our cabin was spotless and had everything you need for your stay. We even used the bbq one night after talking to the front office. I would book this property again in a heartbeat, you’ll love it too.

The rental was perfectly clean, well-appointed and very comfortable. This was a perfect home base as we explored what Banff/ Lake Louise had to offer. We would stay here again!

We loved our unit at Paradise Lodge and Bungalow’s. We had a street facing, 2nd floor unit and it was wonderful. The unit was spotless and quiet. We enjoyed the fireplace every evening. Wish it had been a little warmer so we could have used the balcony more, the view was spectacular. Close drive to restaurants and the staff was so friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Charming log cabin-like accommodations in a lovely woodsy setting just off the highway. Not a luxury hotel but very comfortable, clean and great housekeeping and office staff. Loved that is was quiet, convenient and a bit separated from the loads of tourist busses and crowds at Lake Louise.

Cute bungalow, stayed in a Wilson cabin. Everything provided for a comfortable stay. Walk to Lake Louise is 20 minutes, but uphill half the way. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed staying at the Paradise Lodge & Cabins! Check-in was easy; super nice people at the desk. Our "Peyto" cabin, the closest to the busy Lake Louise highway, was very quiet. Living most of our lives in Wisconsin, we have experienced family-owned resorts, and really hope this one can stay in business.
