Stay was good, lots of restaurants close to hotel. Free breakfast was good. Wish the bed & pillows was more comfortable, might be time for some new ones.

Stayed here before, loved the area and Hotel.. only issue I have is... if I get there a check in time and request a room higher up and they tell you that they are sold out and that's all they have and the next person comes in right after you and gets a room higher up, hmm 🤔.. that's the only real issue I have with this Hotel other than that it's Wonderful!

Hotel is older than advertised. Needs update. Rooms are old and musty. Bed sheets are thin and worn. Otherwise staff was friendly and accomidating. Great service. They deserve a hotel that reflects the same.

Loved the staff, breakfast, and how at home they all make you feel!

Our room was great. Bed and pillows were more comfortable than mine. Loved the little extras in the room such as large thibgs of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. The mini fridge and microwave were a nice plus. All around it was a nice stay. Good breakfast offered with many choices. Would stay afain.

The staff was wonderful and very efficient.

I’ve noticed a difference in how I’m treated as a guest at Hampton inns if I book through them directly or through a 3rd party app. When booking directly, as a Hilton’s honors member I’m welcomed, given a complimentary beverage or snack and point are added for each stay. When my company has booked my room the last 2 times the treatment was very different. No credit for the stay, no welcome refreshment item and this location actually made me leave them a $100 bill for “incidentals” 😳. So I took my happy self to Walmart and bought all the “incidents” I would need there instead and retrieved my $100 bill when I checked out. They also would not change my room to one that had a tub…the Hampton in I’d stayed at the last time when booked through 3rd party app, the bed was too soft and the clerk at that one would not change my room and literally told me if I wanted a different room I should ask my company to cancel my reservation and get me a room somewhere else 😳 that was at a Hampton in alabaster Alabama …so far with hotels.com, the Hampton inns don’t make guests feel as welcome as if they pay through Huron directly
