What an excellent find. Warm and welcoming it was just what I needed. The staff were very helpful the breakfast was all you could ask for and the shower was hot. I left my tech at home and had a most enjoyable stay with my radio and book for company. I highly recommend this little gem for the discerning traveller.

Fabulous location and a really good breakfast and parking included.

I had forgotten how small and cramped the rooms were. Not really a problem as I was only staying one night while in. town for work Didn't use the shower in my room due to black mould. Very disappointing considering the price of B&B for one night. Made reception aware of this issue next morning. I wasn't looking for anything other than an apology and a show of interest which weren't. forthcoming. Will not stay here again. Over priced. Got a better deal from a 4 star hotel minutes away.

I loved my stay but if I could wave a wand a new matress- or a topper as the springs have gone. Also the water pressure in the shower was very low.

It was a good stay.

Not allocated the room I booked, no shower just a bath. Had to rearrange the twin beds to obtain more space between them. Booking in and out was fine but the room was not worth the £123 paid. Very dated, partially blocked sink, curtains did nothing to cut out light.

This was a lovely place to stay and enjoy the Salisbury Cathedral city experience. Lots of positive points: quiet rooms, truly wonderful hospitality, proximity to the cathedral and town centre, great buffet breakfast, reasonable price. And the highlight was being able to stroll across the road to experience the beauty of a cathedral choral evensong service, with a superb Bach cantata and wonderful organ music (though you can access that even if staying elsewhere). Only one disappointment for us, but a material one: the bed size - the double bed was really too small for two people, meaning a few sleepless nights. Don't expect a ritzy international hotel, this is a simple but comfortable guesthouse, except for the bed issue! Salisbury is a beautiful cathedral city, with so much history. Don’t miss a visit to Old Sarum and a walk in the footsteps of William the Conquerer and his successors!
