Very nice hotel, close to a supermarket and 10 minutes walking to the beach.

This hotel was one of our favourites on our trip around Thailand. It was modern and extremely clean, the rooms were large and comfortable and the pool area was stunning. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, carrying our bags to our room and providing a free lift down to the pier when leaving. We extended our stay on the first night as we never wanted to leave. Location is fab, just a 5/10 minute walk down to the main restaurants/bars/beach. Would recommend to anyone staying in Koh Tao.

Good for the price. Friendly, helpful staff. Just thought It’s important to note when you check in you get charged a 500 baht key deposit. Obviously you get it back at check out if there’s no damage/loss of the key however as we were travelling on a budget and didn’t expect this cost we had to re-budget

Friendly staff, clean spacious rooms, beautiful pool and gardens. Good wifi, warm water showers, close to shops/restaurants. Stayed here a year ago, nothing has dated. Would definitely stay again

We came during off-season so for the price we paid this place was excellent. Super clean, a nice small little gym and a great pool (although it closes at 8). The staff were very kind and helpful and our room was great as well. Always hot water, they cleaned everyday during the hours we were out and during our 3 day stay they changed sheets and towels twice (which they told us they'd do ahead of time).

Love everything about this hotel, very nice, very clean, big room, very good swimming pool, not far from walking street full of shops and restaurants but very quiet place. The value of hotel is a lot more than I paid. All staff are super friendly and helpful. Thanks for giving me the best comfortable and unforgetable trip in Koh Tao....

Wonderful hotel, wonderful Island. Nice, big modern and very clean rooms. It’s walking distance to Sairee Beach, which makes it a great place to stay if one prefers a more low-key location, but still near to restaurants, bars, shops or diving schools.

Great new hotel with very friendly young staff. Great big rooms with large TV.

Just amazing stay

Staff was amazing!!! Very helpful and professional. Close enough to walk to restaurants and still peaceful at night. My only complaint is the beds and pillow were super firm.

Only allowed 1 key card. Cannot change your towels for 2 days and the maid busted into our room without knocking to clean it at 9 am. Not impressed.

Chaantalay Hotel is fresh, clean and in great spot. The pool area is great. Staff is friendly and helpful - they even came to check our room at 5 am when we had to leave early for the ferry.

Nice hotel in short walking distance to main areas. Staff were very friendly and accommodating from arranging an early check in to booking our ferry tickets and transfer to the pier. Rooms are spacious and modern. Had some ants and mattress was quite firm but this is very standard for SE Asia we’ve found, We took a room with a fan only, would recommend the room with a/c if staying again.

Nice new hotel. Clean room, the only change would be the exchange of the black bath-tubs with some white ones.

The staff were really friendly and very helpful. You can rent motorbikes from the hotel (gas extra) and obtain ferry tickets from there as well. The rooms were clean and modern with air conditioning. We didnt find any bugs in the rooms, but the hallway is connected to the outside and there may be bugs at times. There is no kettle or hot beverages available in our room (not sure if that is the case for all rooms), but there is a cafe downstairs that opens at 8:30am that serves coffee. The food is quite good at the cafe downstairs. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, but the hotel has a pool attached. We had a great time at Chaantalay and felt it was great value!

Hotel is basic but we did have a nice balcony. Would be nicer if they changed the towels every day rather than every other day. Also they don't really provide very much toilet paper - there should be an extra role in there room! The front desk closes at 8:30 pm so if you run out you won't have anyone to ask. Bed was pretty hard not very comfortable. But room is clean and had a strong air conditioner. Wifi works but is a bit slow. Nice cafe in the lobby and nice pool.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and modern. The man at the front desk was kind, courteous and helpful. We rented scooters from the hotel as well. Everything was excellent. There were some ants in the room but its Thailand ! Overall it was excellent and I would definitely stay there again

Great hotel. We came 4 hours early and they let us in no problem. Cleaned our room everyday. Close to the pier and night life.
