One nigh stay for 6 of us. The room was comfortable and clean. Plenty of parking was a plus and we loved the free breakfast. We’ve stayed here a couple of times before and just like those times it was great. Be back again soon.

Took our family of 6 to Disney and love staying here. Breakfast is decent, same things everyday which wasn’t bad but after 4 days is a little boring.
But the room and service is always top notch! Clean and always willing to help when asked

Overall it was a very good hotel for the price. The front desk staff was excellent and very helpful. Loved the convenience of the breakfast. Close to the Disneyland parks with pharmacies and food within easy walking distance. Would recommend. Roof top pool was also nice, and not very busy.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. I did like the fact that they had a roof top pool that also had views of the Disneyland fireworks. Free breakfast was offered for guests in the morning. Nothing outstanding, but it was nice to have parking on site. However it can fill up quickly. I came back pretty late at night and it was full, but they had another garage that was about a one minute walk from the hotel entrance so I did not mind that at all. The room was very clean, spacious. Definitely love the fact that they had an additional pull out sofa bed. They are conveniently located above a cvs/walgreens (I forget which one) which is a plus when I had to grab some last minute items/snacks/drinks.

The minute we stepped I to the elevator, the smell made you want to vomit. We got out on our floor and there was human feces on the carpet, in the hallway. It was HORRIFIC.
The breakfast area was overcrowded and we couldnt get near it.
Not a good experience.

Room was nice and spacious for our small family of 3. Easy walking distance to Disney shuttle/ride share entrance, or a $7-8 Uber if you’re not feeling like walking. The on site breakfast was good but does get busy. 3 separate waffle stations helped but just one spot to get eggs/proteins/potatoes was rough. Had no issues w on site parking either but we weren’t trying to park any cars around park close time since we were walking to/from Disney/DCA. Roof top pool overlooking fireworks was awesome

Dirty room. Smelled like wet dog when you walked in room.. no hot water in shower. Called down and no one ever came, so we took cold showers for 3 days. Breakfast area was dirty. Staff not friendly. Not impressed for the price at all. Bummer

I wish i could give 5 stars, but the breakfast was disgusting with no variety. Very basic and bland.

Room size was nice, mattresses and pillows were ok. Shower was either scalding or cold, the handle just rotated freely in between. Breakfast was good, though the eggs had the consistency of rubber. Pool is very small, and deep if you have toddlers. Shallowest point is 42", so if you have toddlers or smaller kids that can't swim they're going to be stuck on the stairs without flotation assist.

I wish I could say our experience was better, but the hotel is mediocre. The room looks run down. We had issues with the toilet (it was fixed after we called two different times. The showers water temperature would change randomly, making it really hot or really cold.
The pros are the location of the property for Disneyland (about an 15 min walk from Disneyland) and the free breakfast that came with our stay. Stay was really friendly, however, definitely would not stay here again

Close enough to walk to Disney. Everyone there is there for Disneyland. The breakfast is not great at all. The rooms only get cleaned every 2 days and if you need anything brought to your room it takes an hour or so. If you plan to use the pull out bed the matress is very uncomfortable and they won’t make it for you.we stayed 4 nights never had our room cleaned and I had to make the pull out bed nobody will do it for you. Also there was some spilled fruit by the elevator and I saw it there in passing never got cleaned up after hours it’s like nobody checks anything and when you call the front desk they are not very helpful. So the hospitality is low and the cleaning staff must be super understaffed kind of expected better

It was a good, functional property! Easy to walk to Disneyland. Staff were great: kind and responsive. Rooms had a great layout with the bunk beds and small table in the kids’ half of the room. AC worked well. Beds all comfy. Bathroom small, with only one sink, but worked. Towels re-loaded daily.
DF oat milk and GF muffins/bagels offered at breakfast…but not advertised, you have to ask for them. Breakfast options basic. They need more fruit (only offer bananas).
CVS pharmacy shares the main level of the building. It is very well stocked and you can get virtually anything you need (for a price!).
I would stay here again.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location.
The breakfast is the poorest I have ever seen in my life.
The staff are not professional at all.
The parking lot is full where you might need to park in another nearby hotel and walk to your hotel.
The sofa bed is not clean nor comfortable.

Excellent location, with a close proximity to Disneyland. So you don’t need a ride and be early in the park without any dependency on transport. Room quality was super, very neat and clean what you expect with the Hotel Brand. Very friendly staff and you get a good view of the fireworks in the night from the rooftop pool! Highly recommend for a family trip. $30 overnight underground parking with self park option also seems reasonable.
