The good: breakfast was hot and tasty. Bed was comfortable. It was quiet.
The bad: EVERY upholstered surface in the room and the breakfast room was stained/dirty.
The shower door came off when my husband went to use it. The sheets were worn w a hole in top sheet. After our stay we heard from locals it is to be renovated soon. On the booking website it said the hotel was built 7 years ago. Idk but i like new,clean hotels and this was not. Not representative of the Hilton brand.

Room didn’t but have shower curtain and only less than half roll of toilet tissue. refrigerator didn’t. Moved to second room and microwave didn’t work. For 170 plus dollars I need everything to work. I stay here often but this was worst. I am pissed!!

Every day I was there, children who weren't guest of the hotel took over the pool. I told the front desk after they left ( couldn't find any one while they were in the pool) 😔

The room was nice and clean. Im not a fan of the soft squishy pillows, but thats a personal thing. Its a nice place and I'll be back. The desk chair has seen better days and really needs replaced.

The bathroom had hair all in the shower and on the floor. The room had peanuts on the floor. Hilton needs to do better in the cleaning of their facilities

The stay was excellent, I arrived at 9:30pm checked in. My only complaint was the mere fact I couldn't take a shower, due to no towels available. It was four of us in a two bed room. I asked for towels at the front desk. She stated none were available. So I couldn't shower that night after being out sweating at a BBQ. The next morning I asked for a manager. I can't remember her name but she made it happen (assistant manager). I asked two housekeeping staff for towels before I went to the manager they stated they didn't have any. Other then that, the hotel in itself was excellent.

There wasn't anything particularly unique about the property other than its location. I'm glad that I was able to find a closed door hotel in Clarksdale

Really good hotel but we were really disappointed the pool wasn’t working. This was one of the reasons we reserved and paid for this particular hotel. We didn’t get any discount for this. Otherwise, a very nice hotel.

Good stay always. One thing about 7am someone tried to get in our room not sure but thankfully the locks were both locked and it made a loud noise and woke us ! And then again about 10:00am housekeeping open the door and was coming in the room before knocking luckily we was getting ready to leave . She did apologize she said she thought we was gone. I guess someone didn’t communicate.

Staff was friendly and helpful…room was clean as well. However the temperature could never get comfortable.. the room was too hot despite adjusting the thermostat. The mattress was a little too hard and the bed covering could have been better quality.

My family and I stay at this Hampton inn at least twice a year. This by far has been my best experience there. The other times weren’t bad but this time it was special thanks to the staff.

This hotel has Excellent Laundry facilities. One large washer and dryer. Payment by card reader. Gave the time the machine would finish. Nice folding table with 2 comfy chairs.

Great hotel and the staff was the epitome of excellence. Tiger the check in lady very good personality and helpful. The young lady Nicole what a joy kept the breakfast area fully available and great conversation. Tommy thanks for the punctuality of accommodating the request in a timely manner. Kurtencia thanks for a easy check out. Overall GREAT STAFF/nice hotel. I would stay again.

Kat, at the front desk at our check inn was outstanding. she s very professional and knowledgable. we had issues with our tv and she found the problem and got everything resolved.

The carpets are dirty. They are stained and feel wet and sticky in our room. The vinyl chairs in the lobby are dirty from the breakfast area. The kitchen staff is having trouble keeping up with breakfast.
When we checked in we confirmed we are silver members and still were not offered as much as a bottle of water.

Lots of stains in the room and all over the hotel. Sticky and smelly carpet in the room. The room smelled awful. The sheets were clean but the bed was hard as a brick and messed up my back.
I booked through a 3rd party but made sure to tell management before i left my concerns and she acknowledged it and the went on to tell the 3rd party when I complained that she didn’t think I was making a complaint and offered 25.00 compensation for this egregious stay.
Buffet was great. Staff was kind. Hotel itself unclean.

The only downside to my stay was the door knob on the bathroom door being broken. I did notify the front desk about it. We were still able to access it but we had to do so carefully

I did not get maid service during my stay. The bathroom main light fixture bulbs blew. We didn’t have enough pillows to sleep comfortably. There were only three pillows and four would have been much more comfortable. The potatoes served for breakfast on Saturday were ice cold.
