I stayed at the Tryp by Wyndham hotel from Feb 18th until Feb 26th. After traveling for 25 hours I wanted to arrive to a clean room but it was not the case. On Feb 19th I contacted the front desk about my room’s cleanliness. The floor were filthy and the bathroom had mold everywhere. They sent a housekeeper that “cleaned” the room in 5 minutes. I contacted Expedia about the issue with no resolution. Also, the room service tray and my trash stayed in the hallway for THREE DAYS. I contacted the front desk about it and NOTHING was done. Incompetent staff that can’t communicate with each other or even takes notes about my molded bathroom. All they had to do is move me to a clean room. I talked to Linda at the front desk and she took my complaints and said she was going to speak with a manager. I never heard from the manager. So long story short save your trouble at stay somewhere else.

The food was not very good. I asked for an iron to iron a shirt and they did not have any. The mattress was hard and some of the outlets in the room did not work.

The property is in a good location. Staff is very helpful. Be aware if you traveling overseas they only have Brazilian plugs and had no adapters to borrow.

We stayed here for Carnival and it was an incredible stay. The breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had - tons of amazing options, and it was great to have Gatorade as an option on some days! The service was good too and the room was comfy and clean. Only wish there were more/bigger pillows. Shower was amazing in terms of pressure and space.Overall highly recommended place to stay!

Comfortable stay for a business trip. Well located and attentive staff. Good cost benefit. No gym or iron/ironing board in the room though.

Not much more to say, I only stayed one night. The place is very new, needs time to settle.

Brand new well located and Nice hotel. Single bed are quite Small and bar Service Was not operational yet . Good breakfast with Nice Service
