Was AMAZING! The views were awesome! Right next to Fall River. Very clean and felt very safe. Kids loved it!

Very nice place to stay. We had the family(bobcat) cabin across street from main resort. It was clean and very comfortable stay for our 6 days. Only complaint would be the outdoor grill needs update with a new one. Also the kitchen table is small to eat at. Overall we would definitely stay here again next time!!!

Cute little cabin in Estes park. Parking was a bit tight and wish the cabin had better lighting. However super convenient and very clean cabin.

I really liked that it is super equipped for the whole family, it has a good rating and a fireplace, there are also many activities to do outside and there is the river next to the cabins, it is very pleasant

Great last minute deal and the location was good. The property is very scenic with beautiful little fairy lights all over making a soft glow to illuminate the area at night. There was also a play area for children, but not really viable for this time of year. There is a hiking trail to the top of the mountain behind one of the cabins on the property. There is a community hot tub, but we did not use it. There is significant patio space and a grill with this rental making it a great location for a family get together. The kitchen is rather small, but well appointed. More silverware would be a nice touch, but I imagine most people would use disposable plasticware. There is a covered patio/ seating area out front that is overlooked by the windows in the living room making it easy for us to keep an eye on the five children who travled with us while they played with bubbles outside. We didn't feel like things were so brand new and precious that the children in our group needed to be overly careful and not touch anything. Everything was very comfortable and relaxing. There is a functioning fireplace in the main living room that you can buy your own firewood for, but we did not use that during this stay. We experienced a significant loss of water pressure while using both showers, but otherwise, it was great to have 2 full bathrooms available for our party of 8. We will be looking into booking this location again in the future for other family outings at different times of the year.

Super cute resort, we stayed in cabin 8, the cabin had everything we needed for our weekend stay, loved the fire place, very clean, staff was very friendly. Well Definitely be back.

If you're looking for a comfortable stay in a rustic setting, this is the place. The price was right and the staff were friendly and very accommodating!

We stayed in Cabin 7 - we loved it - so quiet in AM - no road noise - comfy bed (soft) - great kitchen - super relaxing!

We only stayed a night so we were unable to take advantage of the many amenities for our kids but loved the coziness and cleanliness of the cabin. The proximity to the park entrance (and Cinnamon’s Bakery!) was a nice perk!

We stayed in the honey moon suite for 3 nights and had a great time. The cabin was so cozy and clean. Would have liked to spend a few more nights there, but yes we are on a road trip so you have to move on. Kitchen very well equipped to cook for yourself, the bathroom large and super clean. The property is so cozy and calming. In the morning we had a visit from a few deer next to the cabin. I don't think any stay can beat this. Pine haven thanks for the great days. If we come to Estes Park again we will definitely book here again.

I’m done looking for the best place to stay on Fall River, the sunrise cabin was beyond amazing.

I stayed in Cabin 3 (Aztec) and the decor and feel is of the cabin was spot on. The cabins are in a great location and I do recommend staying at Pine Haven. It is close and convenient to town and also Rocky Mountain National Park. For me personally, I do prefer more privacy and most of the cabins are on top of each other. But if you don’t mind this, then you won’t be disappointed in this great location in Estes Park.

This is such a nice, quiet unique little spot. Easy access to downtown Estes as well as Rocky Mountain National Park. Beautiful property. We'd definitely recommend and come back.

Very cute and clean cabin. Right on road near RMNP entrance. Next time Id plan to spend more time to hang out on the deck and enjoy the place. Just right.

Far and away the cleanest cabin I have ever stayed in! Also we were checked in by a delightful lady and the whole stay was as good as you could ever ask for!

This place is a hidden gem! We had such a lovely time and everything was well kept. The kids really enjoyed spending time by the river and the scavenger hunt through the property. It’s minutes from downtown and the national park.

Really nice and comfortable cabin. Close to Rocky Mtn National Park. We will return
