Hotel set over different buildings and it’s quite tiring to walk up and down and also no lifts. Older guests or guests with mobility issues should be aware

Lovely stay!! Property has wonderful established grounds and the option of 2 x swimming pools. The room was super clean and comfortable ….. great nights sleep! I am grateful to Astri, Livia and Tunik for their warmth and hospitality!! Highly recommend!!

We had the suite which was only refurbished 12 months ago, so it was nice and clean, with large bathroom. The staff were extremely helpful when we asked to move to the 2nd floor for more privacy. This was done with no fuss at all.
The swimming pool is very nice. It's a proper swimming pool where you can do laps. There is also a 2nd swimming pool for kids. And the surrounding is lush and beautiful.
The location of the hotel is too notch. It's quiet but only 100 metres from all the Ubud cafes and restaurants.
Two things to improve:
1. No gym facility. To my understanding this is due to the gym is being refurbished. It will be nice if the hotel can give us vouchers to the nearby gym.
2. Breakfast can be vastly improved. We stayed at the suite room to which we are entitled for an ala carte breakfast. But the standard buffet breakfast is too plain/limited. E.g. the fruit selection is very limited. The are very limited desserts or cakes during our stay. And the hot food selection is also to plain for us.

All the staff was extremely nice. The spa could improve a bit more, but we still got a very nice massage. The floating breakfast was very nice. The room was big and spacious. The AC did not make the room cold, but it was not too hot either. The bed and bed frame are extremely squeaky, bu overall for the price it was a good experience.

My friend and I stayed here for 5 nights. We loved the location - right in the heart of Ubud close to plenty of cafes and restaurants, but tucked down a long driveway for a quiet and relaxing space. We found the staff to be incredibly attentive and we were greeted by name every time we went past the reception desk. We will be back to stay again.

Higher pool water was dirty, not overflowing, for the 3 days we were there.
Safe box batteries need to be changed regularly. Trouble opening it.
Bathroom dark and it's door not closing.
Balinese style entrance door not closing very well, can let bugs come in.
Breakfast good, basic.

Short walking distance from the main shopping road. Very nice and quiet place with very friendly staff. Room service was exceptional, very prompt catering exactly what we wanted. Drawback was AC not working, mattress could be better, lotion and shampoo missing and locker in the room very ancient and not user friendly. Although repair was prompt. Stay here for cheap cost, exceptional service, very friendly staff, serene environment, good pool and good food.

The Artini was great. It had a very relaxing feel to it. There were a lot of restaurants in walking distance and the staff was very good. I will stay there again the next time I am in Ubud.

Try to get one of the new rooms to avoid technical issues in the aged ones

Artini resort was a beautiful place to stay in central Ubud. The grounds were picturesque and rooms well appointed with comfortable bedding and modern bathroom facilities and gorgeous terrace overlooking the grounds. It was a very peaceful and relaxing environment with no noise from surrounding areas. There are two large swimming pools to choose from with plenty of room to relax on the sun beds. The buffet breakfast provided enough variety such as fresh fruit, eggs/omelette, toast and traditional Indonesian dishes. Staff were lovely and friendly and helped with anything that they could. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from all within walking distance. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Artini 3 longer than planned because we liked it so much. We had a top floor room overlooking the small pool and gardens. The big pool was perfect for swimming. I would say that there should be a few more umbrellas on the pool deck. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

We loved our stay here. The resort is beautiful and we highly recommend their offering making class, we had a great afternoon with Daya who was patient and funny and lovely.
The pools are perfect, food is yummy and good cocktails. Location is great, really close to yoga barn which is what we wanted and tons of great restaurant and spa options around even though we weren't in 'centre'. Easy walk to monkey forest etc.
Only downside was that we didn't have hot water in our room for our whole stay despite telling reception 3 times and being told they would sort it.

Lovely hotel and facilities, I still cant believe the price for what you get. The staff couldnt do enough to help. There are currently some refurbishments/development going on however there was barely any noise or disruption. Great location - easy access by road from the south of Ubud and walking distance to the centre but the hotel itself is set back from the main road. Theres a minimarket, ATM and restaurants right on the main road and the Yoga Barn is a 5 minute walk. Id definitely stay here again.

Staff were amazing! All the rooms have new beautiful furniture. Incredible value for money! Only downside was that my room was on top of a sewerage pipe, thus smelt a bit bad in the bathroom. Apart from that i was extremely happy with everything.

The food at Artinu 3 is not that good. Basic breakfast. Limited menu in the restaurant & actual food just okay. I would still stay here as it is paradise & plenty of food options close by. We loved out stay in Ubud at Artini 3.

The new pool area and gardens are great and cool spot for family. Staff looked after us and kids loved the pool bar after hot day in sun. Plenty of places to eat around area.

The hotel and staff were great, breakfast was reasonably good too. But there is currently major construction going on at the hotel and that means lots of workers are carrying things around the grounds, past the reception and pool area (there is no road access to the back of the site, so everything is people carried from the entrance).
The view of the paddy fields is now a second pool. I would check that construction works are completed (probably in the next month or two) if you don't like the sound of circular saws when you're relaxing. Otherwise, location is great, and rooms are comfortable. No other complaints

Had an extremely pleasant stay at Artini 3 Cottages. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Buildings and rooms exude Balinese character and elegant simplicity. Gardens and pool were beautifully kept.

We booked at Artini 3 and ended up staying longer because we loved it. BEAUTIFUL hotel. Rooms were immaculate and completely updated. The hotel is down a long alley and it feels very secluded but you are very close to the monkey forest and shopping, restaurants, temples, etc. Hotel staff is amazing. Breakfast was delicious, lots of selection. Pool was perfect. Rice terrace just to the left of our building. Note: There is construction going on as they are building a fitness center. The workers were extremely nice and we even bought them drinks on a couple occasions. That being said, if daytime construction noise is going to bother you, keep it in mind. It did not bother us at all. We will definitely stay at Artini again on our next trip to Bali!
