The room was Filty, couches had huge stains, gross “brown”stuff on the bathroom walls. Tile floor in was cracked and needed caulking. Balcony was under construction, printer in the long was broke.

I’m not the type to write negative reviews, I usually just stop purchasing something if it was bad enough. My room was horrible. It was extremely dirty, and smelled like mildew and an ash tray. It kicked you as soon as you walked in. Apparently there were no other rooms I could be moved into, but it was a terrible 2-night stay

The property is in a great location and from the outside is beautiful. The interior decor is beautiful as well, however, it needs LOTS of TLC. There was dog poop on the floor of the elevator for thrre days! Several electrical issues (lights not working, ceiling fans not working, flashing LED lights, missing light fixtures, etc), the pool was so dirty, just to say a few things. On a plus, the breakfast was worth waking up early for. It was delicious and the ladies were so sweet.
Biggest issue is the pictures of the room on this website are all the same, which leads you to not getting the room you thought you were getting. Go look at the different room types and you will notice all the pictures are the same. There is a huge difference in room size. Very disappointed with having a much smaller room than I thought I was getting for my family.

I would not have any issues with the hotel, except that I could not get past the fact that the halls and particularly the room smelled like old, musty smoke odor. Even the sheets! Also the water pressure was terrible.

The “lake view” room is not! I booked a lake view for my wedding night to be romantic. I look out the window & all I see are thick trees. Oh and squint to see the lake over in the corner. I can deal with the one huge water bug in the bedroom. But don’t advertise & make me pay extra for a lake view room that doesn’t have a lake view.

Too many HORRIBLE things about this property to name, from the roaches to lights not working to dirty rooms to the GM(Jon) stating "Oh I'm sorry" which is useless. Will Never stay here again on a business trip and not recommending to anyone. Just stay at Super 8 or under the highway instead.

The lady at the front’s attitude was atrocious. We can specifically for the pool and when I asked her why it was closed and why it wasn’t online she told me it was and it was my fault for not seeing it. I was visibly upset and so she offered to cancel my reservation so I accepted ( loosing 200 Expedia points btw because those don’t get refunded). I also got online after mad it does NOT state it on Expedia that the pool is closed.

Pool was closed and couldn’t get a refund for the night i wouldn’t stay. We rented the place for the awesome pool and couldn’t use it

Plumbing was horrible backed up shower, peoples hair was coming out of drain all over our feet and legs. Bathroom floor had hair all over it.. comforters had stains on them. But beds were comfortable.

Some how I thought I was booking a room with a sofa, turns out the booking went through as 2 regular queens, causing me to have to purchase a whole other room upon arrival. That sucked. Rooms weren’t bad, a but out dated but ok. Pool was closed. That was unfortunate because I brought my grand baby so she could swim. Overall, great location near the water, not exactly on the water. Although I now had 2 “lake view” rooms but couldn’t see the lake because of a huge tree. You have to be on the top floors to actually enjoy that Im guessing. Plus side, walking distance to some great food and bass pro shop.

Pool was closed. Balcony door was nailed shut. There was a gross red stain on the comforter on one of the beds. Pull out bed mattress had stains on it. The staff was very friendly but the hotel was unclean and smelled and we felt uncomfortable there.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. I have submitted a request for a refund. Advertises amenities, none. Staff is rude. Unhelpful. I spend thousands a year using expedia and this will be my last time along with a harsh review if i am not compensated or refunded my cost of staying here.

Hotel was great. Front desk staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Only issue was that the pool was closed. We booked this hotel because of the pool, to allow our kids to swim after being in the car all day traveling.

Check in was perfect. Staff was very helpful when we checked in and needed a safe place for our car with belongings in it and on the roof. Beds very comfortable. Room clean. However, one issue is that cleaning staff came to clean room over an hour before check out and opened the door without knocking. I forgot to put the Do Not Disturb sign up, but have never before had the door opened without first knocking to see if we were still there (and dressed). That's my only criticism. And that can happen anywhere. But, please remind staff to knock first before opening the door.
