Overall, a good stay. I had called to asked if the hotel had distilled water for my husband’s CPAP machine. They said they did. However, when we arrived, they did not have it. That’s frustrating. Also, how does an international hotel that is suppose to be prestigious 1) not have it 2) not be able to properly communicate that? Finally, be prepared to pay $50-$70 to park.

The hotel was nice with fast friendly staff. Valet parking was fast and prompt, but very high. Hotel bar staff friendly and attentive, especially Brandon. Room was clean with no loud doors slamming or voices in hallway.
Will not be staying here again. The cost of the hotel was very high so expect a small refrigerator in the room for the cost. Only one ice machine on 5th floor was very inconvenient. This is just a pet peeve of mine so in the future will chose a hotel that included a refrigerator in room. Too hot in Texas to not have cool drinks conveniently accessible.

Hotel was nice and staff was great. Ac in room was not working good. Parked my car with valet when I got home noticed my car was damaged talked to valet and they denied my claim because i had left property will never be returning here

The staff are very friendly Holly checked us in and she did a great job explaining to us all of the wonderful amenities. Will definitely be staying here every time I visit Austin.

The facilities in general are nice. Things we didn't quite like are: when you leave your car for the valet, you don't want to have to readjust your mirrors and air temperature when the car is back. There was also a maintenance going on upstairs. The two mornings we were there. I wasn't really loud but, you just want to relax when you are in a hotel.

Love the JW brand. Beautiful lobby, excellent location.. nice bar. The stay was wonderful. Only gripe would be gotta go to 5th floor to get ice, but not a big deal. Would definitely recommend.

The place was very clean and staff was always super friendly and helpful. Food and drink options were great. Lots of walkable options or a short Uber ride. Pool was the only thing that was kind of lackluster. The pool often looked cloudy, was unusually warm, and was definitely overpacked. If you’re only going for the pool make sure there isn’t a convention going on while you’re there.

Just awful. When checking in at 5pm the lobby was extremely loud with amped up music. So much so that i could not converse with the staff at reception. Just ridiculous and very unpleasant. I had reserved a king and was given a double room by the staff which caused me to waste 20 minutes getting fixed. Just ridiculous environment and highly annoying
