We loved this hotel! Very clean and well taken care of. The pool area and gym were perfect for our boys. And the breakfast was actually really good!!

Decent price for a clean & comfortable stay. Continental breakfast was perfect for traveling with kids. Hotel staff were friendly & accommodating.

Room was not clean. Bath tub not clean. Called front desk ahe said sh would come clean but she never did. Pillow had obvious stains. Floor had serious stains.

The front desk staff always seemed unavailable or busy. Half the gym equipment was broken. The pool is very small. Also, our room had clearly not been vacuumed well before we got there. The beds were very clean. The water temp was great. It is a super easy location to go in and out.

Is very convenient for anything that you need ( store, gas station, entertainment)!

Everything was good except for the carpet in the hallways and room. Carpet coming out of elevator on 3rd floor was coming up in places. Could have been a hazard. On the other hand the staff was very nice.

Small hotel that needs to be updated. It served it’s purpose for my family but i don’t think I will stay here again

So upon arriving early the front desk didn’t even bother looking to see if our room was available. Instead they automatically said it wasn’t and the only two available were for people with funerals. So we come back 45 minutes later and check in and it went rather smoothly, but of course the two ladies that were there earlier were not there at that time. We get settled into our room which was nice and clean except for the carpet which had stains everywhere. After settling in our room we decided to take the grandkids to the pool which was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. It had an indoor pool that looked nice and big in the pictures. We get to pool and it’s so murky and has a super strong bleach smell. So there was no way we were getting in the pool when you couldn’t see the bottom and full of chemicals waiting to chemically burn all of us!! So if you’re looking for a hotel with a nice pool avoid this hotel at all costs!

Was mostly good. Carpet in room wasn’t very clean. Very stained. Everything else was good and on par with the chain

The property was immaculate and very convenient to all the Hot Springs destinations. They provide a hot breakfast daily and the atmosphere was very inviting. We will stay there again when visiting Hot Springs

It was a decent location. Not as clean or as kept up to date as I would have thought. Carpet in rooms dirty but clean shower and linens.

The room was clean and comfy. They had a pancake machine at breakfast that makes 2 fluffy pancakes in 60 seconds so that’s a plus!

Don't get me wrong the hotel has a lot of potential but the cleanliness is terrible the floors were not clean the linenen was terrible the sofa bed was ridiculous we let it out to sleep on it and it has stains big stains all over and when it was told to Sarah and the other young lady they act as if we wasn't saying anything like they didn’t even care Dust was everywhere no soap in the dispensers the young lady was next door cleaning and had no cleaning supplies on her cart and no linenen i went down to the front and wasn't gone that long by the time i came back up the beds were made and she was vacuuming the floors no way was the linenen changed that quick Cigarette burns all over the floors they hadn't been vacuumed at all

There was a used razor in the shower which tells me that the shower had not been properly cleaned and the one time I forget to take body wash on a trip and the hotel’s in-shower body wash was empty….another clue that the shower wasn’t attended to. I’m sure they would have addressed our concerns had we called the desk but it was late and we were exhausted so we just dealt with it ourselves. Just disappointing after paying almost $300 for the night.

It was a convenient location and had breakfast included as well as a full set of weights in the gym. The air conditioning worked very well and the room was at a pleasant temperature. Now, on the downside…The gentleman that checked us in was slightly rude. We were without soap and shampoo for almost 24 hours despite having asked for it twice. The carpet was very dirty and full of stains. The shower curtain liner was moldy along the bottom. The shower tiles had mold growing on every corner and the showerhead as well. I the curtain rod was rusted and it felt like I w out of get dirtier when entering the shower instead of cleaner. The one night there actually was soap and shampoo. We frequently take road traveling trips, and I’ve had great experiences staying in these similar Holiday Inn express and suites. We booked our stay in this hotel because of the great experiences we have had, however, It was an extremely sub par stay compared to all the other times we’ve stayed at Holiday Inn.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was pretty good. It wasn’t a big selection but it was overall good. The room was not clean when we first arrived. The bathroom has some trash on the floor, the bathtub was dirty and had hair in it. I didn’t complain we had taken some cleaning stuff with us like we always do. After the first night there no one came to clean the room the next day so I asked the front desk if we were supposed to request room cleaning. He put it in for the following day. Still no one showed up. Then the next day they did come to clean the room but all that was done was refreshed the towels and changed the trash. They didn’t not sweep, vacuum. Clean the tub or anything else. The next day same thing.i went to the laundry room to wash and dry clothes. There was trash all over the floor. I went to the desk and asked for a broom and dustpan, she went and got it for me and I told her why I wanted it. She said she could run down there and take care of it but I told her no it was ok I was going to be just sitting there waiting for my laundry anyway. So o swept the floor and took the broom back. The floors down the carpeted hallways were in bad need of cleaning and also the room we had there was loose paint and ceiling coming apart in the bathroom. I didn’t complain about anything while I was there because the staff that was there appeared to be working hard.overall someone needs to step up on the cleaning .

We enjoyed the stay and felt comfortable but did notice the carpet in our room was dirty and small pieces trash on the floor. Some upgrades can be made throughout the hotel.

The property is situated off the main highway, but the road dead ends at the hotel. The parking lot is safe and well lit. We feel safe and the staff is helpful and pleasant.

It was very nice and quiet. The breakfast was really great.

Good stay

We enjoyed our visit from start to finish. We used the pool every evening. We took advantage of their hot breakfast which changed a little every day for variety. Their staff was kind and accommodating as we used the dining space in the evening. Our room was cozy and the staff changed our towels every day!!! We will definitely return!!!

This was a great stay-not far at all to Oaklawn...Several in our party and were accommodated on same floor. Very comfortable, great breakfast especially warm and fresh cinnamon rolls and other hot choices...enjoyed outside area with fire pit. would stay again...
