I like the figurines at the lobby, really interesting and I know it symbolizes something, the rooms are nice and clean, the staff are really good especially Carry at the front desk, very helpful and accommodating. Its worth staying at the hotel, very relaxing trip.

Hotel stop the air condition for all the rooms during winter time, they should give a warning while customers try to book this hotel but not just tell you when you ask! I will blacklist this hotel forever!

Close to airport thus convenient for travel

Except being close to the airport, location is not convenient in terms of walking to nearby restaurants, etc. No business office at the hotel. Took 30 minutes to get 6 pages printed through front desk. Other than that, clean hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff though English is a problem with most! Recommend for short stays.

The room didnt have any chanel in english or option to buy movies, need to offer some alternative.
Dinner buffet was a good and cheap option, good breakfast and good room service.
Concierge not much willing to help recommending anything because dont know much english but ok.

it was a nice hotel in appearance. however, although a non-smoking room, the smell of smoke definitely got in. not against people smoking but if you cannot avoid it, it does bring the experience down.

1. Power failure during my stay. There had a power failure due to some trouble in Hotel's facilities about 6 hours from late afternoon to mid nights. Even emergency lights in passages and room were out of service. Need a cell phone light to move. They did not apologize about this power failure when I checked out.. They said that this was the first time of this kind of the failure.
2. All staffs are kindly but English spoken staffs are limited. I expected that more staffs can speak English especially during the power failure.

Stayed twice over a week and both times the rooms are 26C and humid. Too warm to sleep comfortably and the AC did nothing.
Its close to the airport which is convenient but if you have an alternative stay somewhere else.
