Everything is great. Only downside is Wifi access is not good.

This place was very clean and nice. The front desk check in was very helpful and our cabin was better than what we planned. My kids had a great time and did not want to leave the cabin. Would recommend for a family get away to be outdoors especially during snow season.

Cabin was nice but could’ve been more clean. It was smaller than I expected.

Great place to stay at. We took our 2 toddlers for the first time to see and play in the snow. We loved that our parking was right outside the cabin, there was snow everywhere and a special area where we can slide down the snow. We didnt even have to drive to a crowded snow hill so it was perfect. The bad thing is that you have to shower fast because the hot water will run out and you have to wait a few hours for others to shower. And the microwave seemed to not work for a couple hours then work again, that was frustrating. And there's so many stores and the lake just around the corner. So great location. We will visit here again in the near future. Most likely in the summer.

It’s a great place for family vacation. It’s clean, and it has a small kitchen with cooking wares and dining utensils.

It was a very nice cabin- my family and I felt safe and comfortable with our stay. It was clean and very well stocked with kitchen appliances and things for us to use. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay. Bed was comfortable. Grounds were well kept. Quiet. I did recommend that they steam clean the wood floors, they were swept, but not clean.

It was a nice stay. Cottage was clean. They provided the necessities. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Will definitely be back. Cabin was really clean and beds comfortable. Kids had a blast playing outside in the snow.

This place might be nice in the Summer. It’s not nice in the Winter. The heater was broken, the consolation prize, plug in heater might have have been good enough with good blankets, but they didn’t give us any, only old, dirty cruddy blankets. We had to go to Kmart and buy some for the evening. The shower was nice and hot for about a minute, then freezing cold. They didn’t stock my neighbor’s cabin with toilet paper. That would have been OK if we had someone to call to come bring some, but once their office closes at 5, you’re completely in your own. Accidentally lock your key in the room? Well, guess what: you’re screwed. And if you happen to lock your car keys in there too, we’ll I guess you’re going to freeze to death. When I did finally come in contact with the people who run the place, I found them, for the most part, rude and unprofessional. I will never stay here again.

We loved our stay with my family, the cabin was cleaned with private bathroom and shower, we enjoyed using the microwave oven, toaster oven, silver ware, plates, cups, soap dish and also utencils for grilling. I saw people walking their dogs but I think no dogs allow in cabins, I should ask for the next time. It is a very quiet area, we could sleep well, we also experienced respectful from staff and guest. What I would like to have is: more hot water service, we are four in my family so just my son could enjoyed took a bath with warm water.

Although we asked for two cabins with bunk beds, we were given one and the other unit was for a person with disabilities. Although we enjoyed the large bathroom we missed the cooking range and full size frig and space for the kids beds. There was a pull out couch but it was inconvenient. I specifically chose this campground for the swimming pool for the kids - which was closed. The website gave no indication it would be closed during our stay, only the hours of operation. It appears it opens up around Memorial Day. And there was no hair dryer. WiFi was very poor, the ipad was never able to connect.

First of all, they don't actually clean the cabins before you check-in. You get a full list of things, like insects (especially beautiful huge spiders, including a few dead of them, which they even don't bother to remove, and which basically means that they don't clean the cabin per se), dirty bed sheets with human hair, very much looking as a pubic hair. Even one dead larvae on a sheet in my case. You talk about silent hours? Like your child trying to sleep at night? No way, even if that is indicated to be 10PM, literally no one respects that rule. What else.. Ah yes, broken things, like nearly broken bathroom door handles, barely working heater, poor ventilation (which is more like no ventilation at all) and a lot more to discover! A little happy vacation place just for you. No way. Do yourself and your family/friends a favor, go stay somewhere else :).
