Clean, quiet, friendly staff, housekeeping was routine and thorough. We could not have asked for a better location with walking distance to most shops and restaurants on Main Street and the walk to/from the ferry services was only about 10 minutes. Parking lot is a little tight, but we didn't have to use the car at all during our stay. Will definitely be staying here again.

I took a shot in the dark when I booked this hotel, but it offered a reasonably priced room and a king-sized bed. It turned out wonderful! The location was just off Main Street, so easy access to restaurants and shops, and 2 blocks off the park overlooking the harbor. (The harbor has a ferry and some boat trips that can be booked, and there are artisans selling their wares in kiosks all summer.) The staff was quite amiable, and all in all, it made for a very pleasant stay. We would absolutely stay there again the next time we’re planning to be in the area.

The staff were extremely nice, engaging, courteous and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. the Inn was nicely decorated and well kept. A very pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend!

We had a late check in and front desk was staffed until midnight which was great. Friendly and easy check in.

Excellent location with short walking distances to harbor, ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, and dining options. Mid cape location making accessibility to other areas of Cape Cod extremely convenient. Friendly staff and always available for help.

This an older hotel that has been renovated. The king room we had was HUGE. It had a kitchenette, large sitting area and a new modern bathroom. It was extremely clean with new towels and bedding. There was plenty of space for personal items. The staff was very nice. They offered lots of beach items that could be borrowed. It was less than 10 mins to the ferries to the islands and a block to Main St to find tons of shopping, bars and restaurants.

Stay was perfect! Location is super close to a bunch of restaurant and shops as well as Hyannis port. Check in and check out were stress free and easy. For the three nights and the cleanliness and comfort of the room, the price we paid was amazing!

If you stay here you are going to be in walking distance to all fun things to do. Love it!

The facility was clean, tidy, and pleasant. Comfortable bed. Plenty of room to sit and relax. Quiet and convenient to downtown. Everything within walking distance. Beach not a far drive. And i think some were within walking fistance.

I needed to make a last minute cancellation for something that was totally out of my control and found the staff to be very unhelpful…. I have stayed here before and really enjoyed it but not sure I would again.

Overall the positives outweighed a couple of negatives here. The positives: great value for mid-summer, big room, comfortable bed, excellent/friendly staff, great location — just off Main Street with immediate access to shopping and restaurants and a short walk to the waterfront/ferries. We also didn’t know (or forgot) we had a fridge and stove in the room, so we went to a small market nearby and stocked up on some food and drinks for our stay. The negatives: The room was a little musty and damp, our bathroom tub/shower was a little “bouncy” (like trying to shower while standing on a mini trampoline).

It was a “dive.”The room had a moldy smell. No AC in the bathroom, the Lobby & coffee seating area or the corridors. The night staffer told us someone was coming to fix it and the day staff said he had arthritis & couldn’t turn it on. The TV set was from the 90’s, the resolution was horrible, the picture was warped and you had to stand only a few inches in front of it to change channels, volume, etc. The back entrance door was kept unlocked so anyone could come in. The building next door was so close we had to keep our curtain closed. The parking lot backed up to another parking lot and there was a dilapidated building after that. We had to pay close to $200 so we could get out of the complete stay. We were ripped off both by hotel and Expedia who we had to contact to cancel and it took forever after trying multiple #’s, the app & the website. Never again for either.

A good landing spot to explore the cape! Close to the port to take the ferry so you can park and walk there during your stay! The big surprise was the free little washing machine, and the beach share equipment room! That came in super handy for our beach day as someone left a wonderful umbrella for us to use!

The beds were super comfortable! Little kitchen area if needed. Clean! Definitely a Cape Cod feel. Great area to walk around and shop, eat and site see. We went to the Cape Cod Melody tent for a concert. Only 5-6 minutes by car and easy parking across the street. Enjoy!
