Go location! The room is clean. I would like to return

Wonderful and warm staff and very accommodating. I had to store my luggage in their office so I could catch the very early tour to Chichen Itza. The staff waited until I returned at 10PM and finally checked in. They wanted to make sure I was settled and okay. What excellent and caring service! I would definitely stay again!!

Quite area, nice staff, cool ac, convenient location

The staff was very helpful and accommodating! I was able to arrange an early flights, on-site parking was easy, and when the aircon in my room didn't work, they were able to switch me to a different room. This hotel was a great deal for the price: taxi stand right outside, and a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and 5th avenue.

Tucked inside the main road, it's quiet, affordable and close to everything - bus, ferry, and the market. The receptionist is very helpful and she gave the best recommendations.

For a budget property one block from the main Ferry Station this place was excellent. It was super clean, very quiet, there was a water cooler nearby to refill our water bottles and the stuff was very friendly. We are also grateful for the early check-in although I'm sure that is not always available if they are busier. The front desk staff helped us booked a tour to Chichen Itza, as well. If we have another quick overnight or two in Playa del Carmen we would stay again.

Conveniently located to beach, shopping, dining and public transportation. Excellent staff and responsive to one's needs. If you don't mind the music from nearby establishments (evening hours), then this is a good place to stay. Very economical.

There are no windows to the outside only onto an interior courtyard that is full of light and tropical plants but you have to keep your curtains drawn closed for privacy. It is in a great location just outside the gates to playacar and near to all the amenities of playa del Carmen. Restaurants and corner stores all within very short walking distance. This was a cozy hotel in a super convenient location. Very close to everything yet, away from the noise from the bars and clubs. The ac worked bit it would turn off at times and on our last day we couldn’t open the water valve. My husband had to use scissors to turn it on. Just maintenance things. Other than that we loved it here!!

Beautiful building, great location, super clean, wonderful staff. That pretty well sums it up. Great place.

Excelente hotel

We loved the location. Just a few feet to Oxxo for morning coffee. The young ladies cleaning our room were awesome, they always left us the cutest towel animals too. Everyone was always helpful and friendly. We had to leave early due to new regulations on flights to US, no issued at all for a refund on our remaining days left on the original reservation. We would definitely return again.

For a budget hotel, the room, sheets, towels smelled very clean. Towels where excellent quality, usually at lower priced hotels you get crappy towels! Was quiet, walking distance to everything. Only complaint was poor water pressure.

Hotel is in a great place, very safe and secure, convenient to 5th avenue and the ferry. We were there during the hurricane and felt very safe and informed throughout the entire storm. Usually there is breakfast each morning, but during the COVID restrictions there is not, but were compensated for it. Very nice staff and owners!

Our stay at Hotel Real del Mayab was good. The room was clean and updated. The included breakfast was simple and good. My only complaint is that the bed was very hard.

All the stuff were really friendly and helpful. The security guard helped me bring up my luggage and he himself checked me in (arrived at midnight). Breakfast is included and simple but delicious. The hotel is beautiful. Parking is limited but I always found a spot. Ice cold A/C too. Will definitely stay here again.

A nice little hotel close to the bus station and the ferry. We wouldnt use it for a weeks vacation but it was perfect for a single night in the middle of a journey. Room was clean, everything worked, and the staff was helpful.

The front desk was ready for us with a map and many recommendations. Everything is nearby this hotel so you can walk pretty much anywhere and its awesome! the water pressure in the shower was weak but I mean we showered regardless. Love it and would stay here again!

A lovely, clean, comfortable hotel with great service only a couple of blocks from the beach, at a very reasonable price. A very friendly family with personal care. The breakfast was much more than Continental, almost a mini-buffet with eggs, cereal, fruits, juice etc. Would greatly recommend a stay.

The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. The hot water is really hot and the breakfast is good! It's a good launching place for the first or last night of your visit to the area. We have stayed there twice now and enjoyed it both times.

Fourth time here and still excellent experience. Love it.
