The location is fantastic and the rooms are clean, bed comfy and shower great with instant hot water. Rooms are a little small but perfect for a one or two night stay. If I was to stay longer we would have needed more space. If you’re elderly you would need the rooms downstairs as the steps up are not ideal particularly carrying suitcases. All in all we would stay there again for sure

The beach house presented a neat tidy and clean and private experience. Will come back just for the balcony morning sunrise

Great location, 2 mins to the beach, golf club and Beach hut take away. Staff were super friendly on check in and was quick and easy. Rooms are ok, but small but being the location you shouldn't stay in the rooms long. Interesting pool with an amazing view.

the location of this property was the winner, close to the beach, clubs, cafe. Beds were comfy but need to be longer or a true Queen size, curtains need replacing. we enjoyed our time wished we could of stayed longer..

Loved the view of the beach

Accommodation was excellent. We did have the two bed penthouse. Dont be fooled by the looks on the outside. Daniel onsite manager excellent very friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable. Great views. Very clean. Full suze fridge and stove.

The locality is superb. The patrolled Surf Beach across the road as is the Mollymook Golf Club.

I liked the location across from Mollymook Beach and the Golf Club. The staircase to the second floor is unsafe in the wet, the curtains in the room are hard to open and close, the bathroom needs a blind to block out the light on the landing and the flyscreen on that window was filthy. The kitchen cupboard needs attention. The room above us was very noisy and there was a lot of junk along from the studio apartments on the ground floor. The TV reception was very poor on some channels. In actual fact a major refurbishment needs to happen.

There was mould on the wardrobe doors and carpet felt damp which is a health issue and with minimal light in rooms, curtains were too long and not clean. Bathroom very tired mould is very bad in any situation and seeing we had already paid could not go to other accomodation

Location and cost was great for our o/night stay. Bed very comfortable. My only complaint was the bright blue temperature light on the air con which stopped the room being dark for a comfortable sleep.

Nice place, in a lovely little beach town.

We had a motel room with a bit of a beach view when sitting at table but the room was very cramped. Linen clean but bed uncomfortable and very difficult to access from one side. Bathroom sink up too high to be used properly by Ms 5’2”. Shower in desperate need of demolition and rebuilding. Water runs hot and cold constantly. Noise from communal balcony carries into the room. Reverse cycle A/C on wall but not working and had to use small in-room panel heater which was ok but slow to warm up. Looks like refurbishment in process across motel rooms but it won’t address the size of the rooms.

This property is old and dated, carpets threadbare. The only good thing was the location, opp the beach. Could easily be improved with some TLC.

View from room was amazing. No details about checking in. No reception. Never saw staff. Stressed as unsure of procedures. Could have emailed details and saved anxious check in.

Very comfortable although basic accommodation. Absolutely great location especially the upstairs rooms which have an excellent view of the bay and beach.
