All good

Room was a little more boarding house than motel, but clean and comfortable. Room info advertised discounts at venues which denied they had a relationship with 31 on the Terrace. Gives me pause to question the truthfulness of the owner.

Cute quirky place right in the middle of town. Staff were friendly but room was very small. Was told i would be in a balcony room when i spoke to them on the phone pre-checkin but got put into a tiny room (room 6) when i arrived. it was adequate but not worth $150 a night. Other rooms did look far better. i think i lucked out in the room allocation. Not a terrible place but for $150 a night I would have expected better.

Clean comfortable and central

Unbeknown to us, this accommodation had direct ancestral family connection, which was a delight to learn.The gentleman who showed us to our room and told us about their facility was very welcoming and informative.We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, the little added enclosed balcony area provided a good place to eat and relax. Thank you.

A cute little place that has everything we needed

Beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean room. Large balcony with excellent view of the town. Very friendly and helpful managers.

We had a very pleasant stay at 31 On the Terrace in Denmark. The old building is beautifully restored and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.It is located right in the heart of the town, so lovely walks along the river and around town were easily accessible.Thank you very much for a lovely stay.regardsAlan and Roberta Jones

The accommodation was fine. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. It was very well located right in the centre of town. The supermarket, pub and bakery were all within 2 minutes walk. It wasn’t super cheap but no accommodation in the town was. I would stay again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Denmark.

The locality is town central, which is also walking distance to the park and Denmark River. There are many eateries a few steps away from the property, such as fish and chip, Bakery, Cafes, and short drives to Elephant rocks and Green Pool beach. The room was very cosy with sleep out terrace, and it make us feel so comfortable.

31 on the terrace hotel was nice , very clean and affordable would recommend future travelers to stay there.

Only stayed 1 night. Manager is welcoming . Struggled up the stairs with large suitcase as there us no lift. No hairdryer. We would stay there again.

A quirky place with the feel of a B&B. Comfortable small room nice and quiet. Such a lovely part of the world with very friendly people and some great attractions. Pity it was an "over nighter" for work

We waited for our relatives to get to the end of their Bibbulum treck. So we stayed at 31 on the Terrace in the center of the little town of Denmark in west Australia.I found the hotel very warm with attention to detail to make it homely with lovely lamps and interesting furnishings. Nothing was to much for the owners to do for us, even fitting in unexpected beds for some weary trampers! Many thanks I will stay there again when passing through Denmark Marilyn Rogers.
