Its been a long time since I had daily room cleaning. A welcomed service. Staff here was super . After leaving I thought I may have forgot something , called them and they checked to room and called me back. My stay here was perfect, thanks .

Everything was fine except I got tired of having to get the room key card reset every day. Thursday it worked fine after the clerk got the system working and brought me the room key cards. She had to let me into the room Thursday night. Friday and Saturday, it did not work. Had to go back downstairs and get it reset. AGAIN and AGAIN!

Hotel is run down. Had a room with two queen beds and one of the beds clearly did not have clean sheets on it-there were several black curly hairs (and some were not from a head) on the sheets and pillow cases. Called the front desk and they came down very quickly and put on clean sheets, but we were already grossed out and slept with clothes on.

The property was in walking distance to two very good restaurants. Plenty of parking with wide parking spaces for unloading suitcases.

It really wasn’t what I expected… It was really dirty but it also wasn’t very clean & my son got sick from the pool & that had never happened before so no I will not be bookin there again

Breakfast looked awful and was limited. Scrambled eggs were in tiny nuggets, breakfast sausage was in a crockpot and looked boiled or steamed. So very unappetizing. We could not bring ourselves to try it. Thete were kids in room above running and jumping until midnight. Called front desk two times, they did not help.

This hotel is pretty nasty. I am surprised La Quinta corporate is allowing this place to operate like this. They are usually really great. Dirty lobby and rooms. Room was not very clean, smelled like old smoke.

Dirty and old hotel! Needs lot of maintenance… room and bathroom was clean. The bathroom very very small…. Dislike 👎. Elevator did not work!

Dispensers were all empty. Bedding was stained. Bathroom was dirty. Upon check in, no one was at front desk. There was promise of breakfast and there wasn’t anything but a couple apples and packaged muffins

Clean property, with friendly staff. Is showing it's age in common areas such as the elevator lobby and the pool. Needs attention to detail in areas such as guest amenities (e.g., no soap dispenser at bathroom sink). Breakfast needs extensive upgrading by having more variety and a way to make the food presentation area look full instead of more than half empty. The coffee needs a complete makeover. There's nothing like a good cup of coffee with breakfast, and this was nothing like a good cup of coffee with breakfast.

One problem with the hotel was missing remote and the one they gave us would not connect to the TV had to have the staff bring a remote to connect. Another was light bulbs needed to be replaced. Overhead light on the side by the air conditioner was burned out.

"Harry" is amazing. He always great me with a smile and helpful with any concerns. I enjoy the staff there and the breakfast is reasonable.

Room was clean enough but sheets definitely need to be replaced, they look like they've been around for a while. Hall carpet was old and musty but floor in the room was in good condition. Breakfast wasn't all that great but we got there 10mins before they closed so maybe that's why. La Quinta has always been a hit or miss for us, some locations are great, others are just an inexpensive place to spend the night. This is more of the latter, though convenient location just off the freeway and near St. Louis.

the room does not have enough lighting, one of the bulb was not working, they do not have USB port, not even at the back of the TV, you better bring the entire charger or there is no way to charge your phone.
the hotel room smell moldy, even the shower curtain smelled moldy.
the lobby has a very strong smell of air freshener, it gave me headache. it almost seems like they are putting heavy cheap air freshener to hide the bad smell of possibly mold or strong cigarette fume.
the breakfast was horrible, not a lot of choices, the omelet was hard, the sausage looks gross, the pancake machine does not work, it almost looks pitiful, my dog will probably not eat that food.

Good: The hotel is older, but the rooms and bathrooms have been nicely renovated. It is very convenient to the convention center and restaurants.
Not so good: The elevator did not operate all the time. Taking the stairs is healthy, though...right? The breakfast was awful. Plan on something different...Verona Coffee was a great alternative! Breakfast was scrambled egg soup and unidentifiable meat. The pancake maker was not functioning.
Overall. I had a great, comfortable sleep and would stay here again if the price was right.

I was a bit surprised by the deposit we needed to leave at check in. It was $100 but will be refunded at check out. The bathroom doesn’t have a night light and the toilet paper is farther away from the toilet than we would like. But overall we enjoyed our stay in a nice hotel!

Soon as I got into the room I had to kill two bugs plus I showered and as soon as I got in the bed I was itchy and I wasn’t itching before I got in the bed then I got a rash
