Breakfast was a disappointment. Coffee was like weak tea and all they offered was cereal with milk nothing else.

the bed fitted sheet had stains that appeared like blood stains. the curtain had brown splatter stains on them as well. the lamp shade was broken up

Said it came with breakfast, but the only thing there was two types of cereal and jug of milk. No juice no banana nothing. The coffee came out the color of light tea breakfast was terrible.

The room is completely very dirty, I think they only clean from where they see the microwave, dirty with a chest of drawers and coffee dripping inside, the bathroom, the tub with hair everywhere, and the stained towels. completely dirty. neighbors with dogs and barking dogs until 3am screams of children iodine can be heard in the rooms and worst of all no breakfast the second floor is half under remodeling with the saws there on the floor they don't even segregate the terrible area

The location and the price were great. Everything else was horrible.

I booked a "mobility access" room because of my low-back issues, but found I still had to walk half the length of the hotel to get to it. Why? They were renovating the bottom floor, and half of it had ripped up carpeting, construction equipment, paint cans, and adhesive strewn around (that's why he sent me to the back entrance). And despite being 10 pm at night when I checked in, it still hadn't been cleaned from the previous night's guests: The beds were obviously slept in (with soiled bedding), trash cans were all full, fast food drinks sitting out, wet linens strewn around, coffee & bathroom amenities weren't replenished, and nothing wiped down or swept. I tried to call the front desk, but the phone in the room didn't work; its connectors were broken and there was no dial tone. So I dragged my luggage back to my car, drive around, and reported it to the front desk. And then he told me he didn't have anything else on the first floor, but suggested a smoking room on the 3rd floor (but with no elevator, and me being allergic to cigarette smoke, that wasn't an option). He wasn't willing or able to get housekeeping to clean the room that time of day (nor was he willing to do it himself), and despite there being 5 other hotels within 1,000 feet of it, he made no effort to arrange (or even suggest) an alternative. I was left sitting in the parking lot having to find another place to stay after having spent most of the day driving. And even though the listing says they offer an "American" breakfast (with hot items), they don't; there's no room on the counter for any of that (not even a wafflemaker). It's cereal and grab & go snacks at best. Also, the pics on the Booking site look great, but they DO NOT accurately reflect how it actually looks.

The size of the room was great , the bed was comfortable the pillows were perfect.

To much lighting in the room in the morning. Need blackout curtains and the blanket was to thin.

Floor of the room was dirty, the tub was stained and sticky. My Sheet had a stain that seemed like feces (I have video to prove it). The facility looked disorganized, dirty and the breakfast was cheap cereal with a gallon of milk left at the counter. The experience was one of my worst ones.

The lady that checked us in was very nice.

We had things in our room that were broken. The maid staff did not do a good job at cleaning our room.

Good location. Had the supplies needed.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Woke up with back pain.

Room was clean the guy at the front desk was awesome then the last when checking out was just as awesome truly made it a enjoyable experience

Location was perfect. Didn't have the breakfast which was a small box of cereal and orange juice. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. It was nice and quiet for a Friday night.

Had there been more to the free breakfast I would have had it.
