Love staying at the Beach House!

Very cozy and great location, steps from the beach and 10 minutes walk to restaurants and bars

Great affordable place close to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and the management is super friendly.

The proximity to the beach for the rate we paid was very good. Close to several restaurants, shops, and various activities. place was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience!

You are essentially right at the beach, maybe a 3 minute walk from your front door to the water on the beach. The staff was absolutely amazing and super accommodating.

Robert, the Manager, was so friendly and accommodating. Check in and out was effortless. After our check in, he emailed us a list of restaurants in the area. The room was spotless! The rooms were painted in bright beach colors and decorated in beach decor. It was equipped with everything you would need for any length of stay. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available, if needed. It was only a 1/2 block walk to the bridge to access the beach. We lived on Treasure Island for 5 years about 6 years ago. We now live in Downtown St. Pete and wanted to stay of Treasure Island again. It was extremely relaxing and enjoyable. We will be returning in a couple of months; and, definitely will be staying at the Beach House Hotel. We would highly recommend the Beach House Hotel.

Would highly recommend staying at the beach house, the host Robert is very helpful from check in to check out and gives great recommendations. Room was nice, clean, and has everything you need from a fridge and freezer to microwave and silverware. Great location within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, excursions, and shopping. Especially for the price you can’t beat this place, I would definitely stay here again!

From the moment we arrived, we could see this was an older Motel that somehow survived all the new construction (condos, resorts, luxury homes), and we could soon see why. The manager was very friendly and greeted us with laughter and great advice on where to go for dinner, drinks or just things to do nearby. The room was really cute and more importantly, clean! There was a small refrigerator which was perfect for our short stay. The beach was 30 yards away and not overly packed with people. It was a really nice mix of adults and families with plenty of room for all to enjoy. We are definitely coming back!

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had traveling. Robert who runs the hotel is amazing and accommodating. The property is clean the beds are comfortable everything about the experience was top knotch! We will be back!

Robert the manager, made our stay even more pleasent. It rained one day and he sent us an email with things to do in the area. The hotel is old Florida, but it was very clean and smelled fresh. Nice linens and big towels. Would stay there again.

Super close to beach!

It’s so cute quaint . Rooms are clean decorated nicely . Beach within steps of property. We loved it

The rooms were very clean. They have a kitchenette with a bigger refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker. Property is very convenient to the beach. You don’t even have to cross any streets with your beach stuff. Robert, in the office, was very helpful in making suggestions on things to do in the area. Bathrooms are a little small and need updating, but were still clean. Great little place for a quick getaway. I would stay there again .

we were offered the use of a beach umbrella at no charge....the umbrella needs to be trashed, it was broken.

Our short stay at the Beach House Hotel was lovley. The room was very clean and spacious. We had all the amenities that you need for a nice beach stay. The distance to the beach is incredible. Robert, manager and all around everything guy was great. Very friendly and helpful. I will be sure to keep it in mind when I go back to the area.

Our stay was great! It was the perfect place for a long weekend! The best part was the service! The manager of the hotel was amazing! He was very welcoming and provided us with information you can’t learn on line. He gave recommendations of restaurants and some must sees in the area! The hotel overall was clean but the shower ceiling did have some mold. Even though beach chairs and umbrellas were given as a curtesy, they all were old, falling apart, and rusty. My overall recommendation wouks be to definitely stay here again!

Last minute booking was expecting a dive! Surprisingly the front desk gentleman was very kind and helpful! Clean and quite comfortable room. Would recommend!

Awesome lil place

The Beach House Hotel is very cozy, nicely updated, and beachy. It is a very close walk to the beach and the tiki bar next door. It was a great adjunct to our friends staying at that property. Robert was acceptionally friendly and accomadating!

A nice place to eat, sleep and play on the beach. I’d love to own this gem! It may not have all the amenities of a larger hotel but warm, friendly staff and a lot less of a price of the larger hotels.
