Love our stay in this property. Very close to Tajmahal. Breakfast was very good with multiple options.

Everything is excellent and we love it.

I would have given the hotel 4 stars; the hotel is nice, clean, and food is good but the location is surrounded by semi slum like area. Most of the staff is nice. However, the front office changed us Rs. 200 for a small pack of nuts which we did not consume or open. I explained this nicely to the front office manager, Neeraj Singh, multiple times but he kept on basically accusing us that we opened the nuts pack and are lying and forced us to pay for service that was never given to us. It is so hurtful to see a hotel staff, Neeraj Singh, accusing us of lying in front of other staff and guests. Note that our bill was in 10s of thousands of Ruppes and the manager insulted us for a small sum of Rs. 200. I would never ever stay at any Radisson.

It was an ok stay. Only stayed for 1-2 hours.

Room and bathroom very clean and working condition. Very comfortable. In house dining is very expensive but there are a lot of outside options .

This is a nice hotel in Agra close to the east gate of the Taj. I was disappointed with the overall service of the hotel, even in the off peak season none of the staff appeared to know what was going on, we arrived mid afternoon with the check in staff telling us that the rooftop pool and restaurant were open only to come up and to be told that the areas were closed for a private function. This resulted in having to eat in the ground floor restaurant, where we wanted to eat Al a Carte and not from the buffet, we were told by the staff there to proceed to the rooftop area for that option!! It was frustrating to have to explain to the hotel staff that it was closed. After some time we were seated and presented with one menu for our group to share, more than once were asked if we were sure we weren’t having the buffet, our bill when it arrived was for 5 buffet places not for the meals we had ordered, we then had to go back through the menu to tell them what we had ordered!!

Resturant service is very bad….unsupportive

Issues with check in, we booked a king size bed but when we went our room we saw 2 queen size bed, they should let us know when we were doing the checkin at the reception( we thought it was a mistake), we had to go back and get a king size bed for which they were giving a lot of excuses. Finally we got a king size bed but the room had a foul smell and we had to do all the process again and get a different room. Lot of issues with internet and staff is not always quick to attend to your queries.

My stay at this hotel was, simply put, OK. The rooms were fairly dated and I think what irked me the most was the inconvenience of them having to move me on my last day because they’re doing construction on my floor. one would think they would know this before hand and they would’ve told me in the morning, but instead they tell me in the evening, and that only have a few minutes to pack my things and be ready to move to another floor. I was accommodative, but when they moved me to another floor, they moved me to a king size bed room, instead of the double that I had previously. not to mention, I had to go down to the lobby to ask for help to move things up when you would’ve thought they’d have the courtesy to send someone up automatically - but nope This hotel has a lot to learn about great guest experience and be more communicative to its guest. on the fence If I’d ever recommend this hotel.

Everyone was helpful and the travel coordinator made sure we had our driver and tour guide for the day. The room need to get renovated it seems but other than that, accommodation was great! Would be back

Great breakfast and courteous staff!

I thought this property really punched above its weight. We stayed in one of the 5th floor rooms with a Taj view, which really was worth the money and the room was good. Really appreciated how helpful the staff were in setting up tours and arranging and onward transfer ( at a sensible price - not a given from what I saw at other hotels we stayed in ). My only reason for not giving 5 stars is on our first night, there was a wedding anniversary on until midnight and the music was really disruptive and so loud, even with ear plugs, it was really hard to sleep- hopefully we just got unlucky but the hotel I think should notify in advance if they’re putting an event like this in because given their layout, it will be invasive ). Food at the hotel was ok but below average compared to other places we stayed.

A trip with family to Agra, hotel stay was n comforting experience. Breakfast was a 8 of 10 but still with a good enough variety to satisfy most individuals needs. We did not need to walk around the hotel therefore can not comment on nearby activities. Linen, rooms and al facilities are clean and new ( according to European standards) Anil helped us when booking in, he was amazing and tried to make our checking in experience something to remember. Well stay there again if in Agra and van with a open harry recommend other to stay here

Sadly, my experience with this hotel started off on a bad foot. The day before we were to arrive at the hotel in Agra I received notice about our room bookings not being secured. First they said I had 24 hours to fix this or the reservations would be cancelled. By that evening, they had already cancelled the bookings (they said). When I phoned the hotel, I spoke with someone named "F". He told me the problem was with my booking third party (that's hotels.com) and I needed to contact them. Finally on the morning of our arrival, I spoke with an employee named "Sh" who told me there was no room in the hotel and that our bookings had been cancelled. She then asked if we could rebook for another day (seriously??!? we were on our way to the hotel that day). As well as telling her that was a "stupid question", I told her that I felt like the hotel had handled this very badly. They didn't inform me about the problem until the day before our arrival. Nor did they provide any avenue to make another payment. After that, suddenly our bookings were confirmed. It seemed unpleasant and unnecessary, but it appears that I may be having an issue with the hotels.com app. The hotel itself, was slightly disappointing. It wasn't the Radisson that I remembered from previous visits (I understand that is now a Taj Convention Center Hotel...or something to that effect). This was an ordinary hotel that seemed a bit overpriced for what we got. An outstanding employee was our waiter Jitendra in restauran

The breakfast was disappointing. Although there were numerous items they were not appetizing. The hotel had no newspapers.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The Hotel is in a good location Rooms are nice and good sizes. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Not far from Taj Mahal. You can clearly see the Taj from the rooftop. Would definitely recommend.

Staff service was not reliable. Sometimes, we had to call multiple times.

The bed was hard as a rock. We stayed on the 5th floor and had a huge crack in our shower. Or appliances did not work the replacement did not work. When a review on Google by us was written they contacted me to tell us how we were wrong. Id definitely look else where

Room was cold and heater did not work. The blanket was light. We couldn't rest well.

Great place to stay in Agra. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Great service. Enjoy evening tea on the Terrace with view of Taj Mahal. Thank you. 🙏

The prperty is showing its age...lack of appropriate maintenance (plumbing needs revamp, the universal wall sockets are a joke...they only work with type I or Indian adaptors although both US, and type G should apparently work but dont, carpets are frayed and not sufficiently clean). The food is good, and so are the attendants. Bed linens were clean and well maintained.

Decent hotel with a good Taj view. Good for the price. Restaurants are just okay.

Stayed at this hotel, check in was quick rooms was wonderful and spacious and clean, definitely worth the money. Staff was helpful and polite, pool was amazing Would definitely be staying here again if i came back to agra.

The property on arrival looked tired. The room was spacious & clean. Room cleaning staff & in room dining staff very good. Some reception and roof bar staff were very serious and not that friendly.

Amazing stay at Radisson again after long years. Very large room with Taj Mahal view and at good location of the city. There are several restaurants around plus street food points. Taj Mahal and Fort Agra fort just several minutes away with rickshaw.

We stayed for a night to go for sunrise at Taj Mahal. Courteous staff and had dinner at the restaurant. Not good choices, but it’s ok. Breakfast was good

Nice big rooms, great service, and amazing Taj view rooms.
