Great small hotel, good value for money.

Clean and well kept hotel. Quiet area but short walking distance from the city center. Breakfast had enough different food items.

This hotel was very nice. Wonderful front desk staff. Very clean, very good breakfast.close walk to restaurants. It was however a bit far for me to walk into the main square

Fantastic hotel in a very convenient location (about a 10-15 minute walk from the centre) with numerous bars and restaurants in the locality. Found all the staff to be very helpful and accommodating, from the the lady who prepared breakfast to the women on reception. Would not hesitate to stay here again

Hotel Vlaho is located a little bit outside the city center. It takes around 15 min to walk to the main square. We rented an Apartment. The Apartments are located in a seperate building across the street from the hotel. The Apartment was modern and clean. We stayed for 5 Nights, and it was cleaned every day. The Kitchen was Nice, but it would be Nice With a little more cuttlery and cups. The hotel is located in a residential area, which is quiet and With minimum of traffic. There are some small kiosks and cafeterias Close by. Breakfast is served in the basement of the main building. The breakfast room is clean. Breakfast is simple but good. We enjoyed the stay, and recommend this hotel.

Vlaho offers spacious apartments with balcony, also smaller rooms are available. Breakfast buffet is very good. Customer service was excellent, thank you all at the reception! Location is a bit out of center, so a taxi is often needed. Reception handled the taxi bookings very friendly. Taxi to the downtown costs around 100 MKD per trip, which is affordable. Some bars and restaurants around this quiet residential area are available, too. Highly recommended!

The hotel was in a safe area, and the room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful when we needed help. The hotel has it's own parking in case you have a car, so you wont have to be concerned about that. The wi-fi were also excellent.

A little dubious about the location and neighbourhood when we arrived. Quite unfounded tho’, so don’t be put off. Try all the local bars and restaurants in the side streets. Great food and service and cheaper than the city centre. First class friendly staff. Had better breakfasts, but perfectly ok for what we needed.

Good hotel cheap mind

Stayed 4 nights, housekeeping only came to clean the room at +-15h00, which was the time I can back to the room to take a rest before going out in the evening. So had to wait in reception while they clean the room. Rooms also very small, but staff very friendly & helpful.

I have been to this hotel and the owner and the staff are lovely, truly welcomed me and their expressions and service was very warm. Will go there again!

Friendly staff and clean rooms. But, the single beds were not wide enough. They were the smallest bed I have ever slept. There was a terrible noise coming from the bath ventilator. The most important thing is that I did not informed about 13 Jan was the new year of the local people living there. It is clear that I am visiting the country from people with different religion. So, if they would tell me I would reserve for my dinner before that day. I missed a chance to know more about their culture.

A gem of a hotel with parking and an easy walk to the city square and bazaar. The service and staff are impeccable, nothing was too much trouble when our hire car had problems and needed to be replaced. The bed was supurb, one of the best matresses we have slept on, the room was newly decorated and there was absolutely nothing to be improved

After dealing with other hotels my experience has taught me that whenever you see hotel's room picture that show it big and spacey, the reality will be small and snug. So I was pleasantly surprised to have received the keys for a quite big room for low price by European standards. The breakfast buffet was great, I especially liked omlett with cheese inside. The hotel isn't far from the city, 15 min walk. On Sunday was my checkout and I ordered a taxi 45 min before my international bus was supposed to leave, but my taxi never came. So in end the hotel owner made sure that that his friend would drop me off by car at the bus station, it was very nice gesture and I'm really thankful for it. So in short I recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

Skopje hotels aren't great. At least by European standards. But for the price you pay for Hotel Vlaho, this is definitely one of the better value hotels in the town. Bit on the smallish side but the staff are friendly, everything is clean and it's got quite good transport links. One thing i'd mention is that few taxi drivers seem to have heard of the place so if you're travelling alone then make sure to get your bearings a little when you arrive.

Breakfast, wifi, room quality etc. were all good and modern. The only negative side is that it is not too close to the city centre.
