It was a nightmare. I lost 2 nights of my money. I checked in another hotel.Aifu was a nightmare, AC never worked, TV never worked. Bathroom shower is so tiny after shower bathroom floor was flooded. Just one towel for 2 guests. Not happy losing my money, but I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Not enough lighting

I travelled with my friend. - Door lock was not working - WiFi connecred but not working - Electricity was not working in half of the room when we first moved in, then an engineer helped to run it but the telephone still did not work. - We were unable to call the reception, room service, or kitchen because the telephone was not working. - There was no kettle at the room (contrary to my last visit). - In the 2nd day, the hospital staff again disconnected half of the room Electric (centrally) so the fridge stopped working and our sea food meals in the fridge became spoiled. - Food options are OK but the quality is bad. - The Tang orange juice smells old bad (like fermentation). - The beans smell old in taste. - Foods of previous days should not be served to guests. - My friend found bugs (insects) on his bed. - No mini bar as stated here in Hotels.com - No kettle was found in the room (unlike my previous visit in 2018) - It is a complete waste of money and does not deserve even 1/10 of rating.

Staff very friendly. Was a grand hotel in its day. A little past its prime. The pool was not open which we did not know until after we had checked in. Was a great disappointment to our kids. But an okay value for your money. Personally, I think that Alexandria is overpriced. You will pay a premium to stay in Alex compared to Hurgada and other beach destinations so if you are looking for a beach I would recommend the Red Sea.

The stay was fair, a fairly clean room,fair service for someone who just needs a place to shower and sleep in for the night but it is quite unfair to call such an experience a hotel.

Price of the property is the only good thing, poor facilities and everything is just ok

Actually the location wonderful but there’s no care and there’s unprofessional staffAlso in check in I went at 11 pm and I had early morning appointment and with me a child They let me wait a lot cause they can’t find my reservations I give them the confirmation number but they said we cannot find on the system and I was too frustrated he said wait , and I cannot find I’m try to call the manager and was v bad attitude and he was asking a lot I give him all the details even the credit card and he doesn’t want me to check in cause he cannot find the confirmation

The best thing about the hotel is the pool and the location, but rooms are not so clean, bed sheets smells, and air conditioner is set to a certain temp with broken lcd!

It was not good at all and the open buffet only 4 eggs maximum per person And the manager of the hotel was soo unprofessional (Zakaria) he is not logical or respectful The A/C was soo weak The building and overall view is not a hotel at all

Room space is hug with prime location. Although it is far away from city center, we liked the location. Food is not so good with little variety for breakfast.

Pros: + near the beach Cons: - Lot of traffic noise - Pool is on dark side, no sun - Not so clean - Rooms are basic - Breakfast is quite poor

It was a nice stay. Staff and manager are friendly. Often when i have a request the manager would be happy to assist. I would recommend this hotel to families.

The rooms are ok and comfy enough. The problem is the noise from the pool area. Note that late July and August are busy vacation times and this hotel attracts large Egyptian families. Great if you have a lot of kids but it can get noisy. The staff are fine if slow (probably overworked). The hotel is situated across from the Montaza Palace and a series of private beaches, but very far from downtown Alexandria. Prepare for lots of taxi rides if you plan to explore.
