Convenient location, close to the historical city center and a beautiful Ness River walk, offered a great complimentary breakfast.

Very comfortable and great location

Very nice place with friendly staff. Rooms were a little too warm for some in our group. There is a flight of stairs to get luggage up. Parking is on street which was full up sometimes, but there is a cheap public parking lot pretty close by. Great place to walk around Inverness from.

Great location! Easy to walk to restaurants and various other places of interest. We do prefer to stay in much smaller B&Bs when we travel, however, and the arrival of a large Asian family late at night was a distinctly unpleasant, which is no fault of the management, but we could have done with better sleep that night without all the loud shouting and children running up and down the hallway. Otherwise a good value.

Good location. Helpful staff. - Got charged for a breakfast we didn`t have, contacted them but their check list shows our room number had breakfast, but we know we didn`t, so got charged £24 for nothing. Very disappointed.

Nice Property. Very clean with basic decor. Nothing fancy. Room and bathroom sizes vary within the property, Room #35 was very roomy with a King bed as requested. Very Walkable Location, Tour buses pick up down the street which is a big plus. Would recommend.

We stayed here for 4 nights. It was just off the beat and path of the city. The room we stayed in tho dated was clean and comfy.

Absolutely beautiful property and we hope to visit again. Checkin was easy and we were given several recommendations for things that interested us. The location is perfect and central for the tourist, the property has all the convenience of a major hotel even as a guest house. No problems with street parking, can’t wait to visit again.

I was impressed immediately upon entering our room. It was clean, bright and pretty. We had a family room so the girls had their own twin beds in a shared wall area, complete with nice closet and unique architecture. They slept well. We used the towel warmer and the shower was good, just not the greatest water pressure. The wifi was good. The location was quaint and close enough to downtown Inverness to walk easily. We were welcomed kindly and greeted when we returned from our tour. My only real complaint is that the main bed was the least comfortable out of five so far on our journey. It is super small and the mattress is sorry. Had that not been the case, we would have truly enjoyed our stay.

Great locale just over the bridge from the livelier music and bar world. Staff VERY welcoming . Might help to have a curtain or cover for the slanted skylights as sun on faces really early in June.

The staff here is very safe and accomodating. It's a short walk to shopping and dining downtown and in the area around Inverness Castle and the river.

Great place to stay at a very reasonable price. Ideal for access to the city and good parking very nearby. Breakfast is a must with a good range of choices. Lots of opportunities for dining within easy walking distance. (Yummy House Chinese Takeaway just around the corner too). Highly recommended.

It was lovely.

Showers were extremely small. Hotel itself was clean, no issues there. WiFi spotty at times. Large TV, which was a plus. Staff polite, but not overly friendly. Loud outside at times, but to be expected near by downtown Inverness. Breakfast was included in our stay and was good. Would have loved a mini refrigerator, but that does not seem to be the norm, also ice seems to be an issue, as if asking for it was the oddest request. Overall not a bad stay and priced reasonably
