Staff was super friendly during check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good in the morning. And the price was very reasonable for the room And location.

I saw all the reviews this Property had and some were true and others were funny. This Property is getting a High 5 from me. I drove 6 hrs to enjoy Ruidoso NM, I rented a Room $135.00 at a High 5 Star Hotel ‘Comfort Inn’ just to walk into the rest room full of hair on the floor and the Toilet Dirty. The good thing there was a Walmart. I went and bought some cleaning supplies to clean the Rest Room. The Only thing I was upset with was the Ceiling fan did not work but that was not a biggie. I felt safe

Great for the price. Some guests are a little sketchy... but i felt safe in my room at the far end on the second floor

Not far from things to do. Breakfast needs more attention in having more of a choice.

This a nice quaint little place, Just wish breakfast started earlier.

It was overall good. Just when they clean & you're a stay over. You hear them loud & clear upstairs. & Thinhs be hanging around haha but breakfast was simple & good.

AC was behind a closet wall n unfortunately it was a hot weekend in forest.

It was super convenient for a last minute booking. But the air conditioners are window units and they are set to shut off automatically and being a light sleeper and there being thin walls, we could hear the tiniest noises waking us up in the middle of the night. But overall it was clean and decent. Breakfast could've had some sausage or bacon, but it's just eggs and pancakes

Nice view of mountains and trees. Owners are always pleasant . Rooms are comfortable and well maintained.

The welcoming staff was pleasant, and the reception/breakfast area was clean. The room was not good at all. I think (but don't know for sure) this is because one end of the property is used for those traveling with pets. We came with our small dog, complete with soft crate, her own towels etc. but the room not only displayed obvious, previous dog damage, chewed woodwork and carpet, it was dirty. Vertical surfaces needed cleaning, bathroom door, refrigerator, headboards were grimy, chair upholstery stained. Rooms adjoining were obviously "rented" to at least, part time/ full time residents with animals. It's an old property and the walls were thin so we were treated to "personal/private" noise from the adjoining room. Would have preferred to share this with the staff, however, they are not at the desk full time. Assumption: when one pays a pet fee it provides extra $ for cleaning and repair, guess not. If the walls are thin, put guests in every other room to mitigate noise complaints. Guess not . If you're renting to the less fortunate as a residential hotel, it might be advisable to keep short term guests in a different area. This property is being operated on a shoe string. You get what you pay for or less.

I'm a girl so I need mirrors around but other then that I loved it.

Stayed a night while passing through Ruidoso. It had good reviews so thought I would give it a try. Fortunately I was not disappointed! Clean comfortable accommodations and friendly staff at a great price ($58 including tax). Would definitely stay again at that price!

Great location. Really nice hotel. Outside the hotel there is a beautiful view of the mountains. The hotel was clean, I will definitely be back.

Front desk personnel very nice, we were assigned a room that was not ready and he switched our rooms and checked it first before giving us the new key. Clean room, comfortable bed. Need bigger pillows or bring your own.

The front desk gentleman were very polite and quick getting us our room. No one bothered us and it was a very quiet stay! The outside doesn’t do justice as to what the inside is.

Was not the best of stays. Unfortunately the comforter had a big yellow stain and some blood or red little stains as well. Room also smelt like a porter potty so had to spray cologne all over the room. The word, “Budget” definitely carries the name.

Pictures on website of room seemed bigger than it was . Room clean, bathroom small, courteous reception.

The room was comfortable but small. The bed was small too. But the TV and Bathroom were fine.

The lobby workers were amazing.

Needs to be update.

The room next to me, they were fighting and the bathroom window was open upon arrival.
