The hotel beds were very comfortable and the room was well equipped with refrigerator, coffee pot, ect.

I made a last minute decision to attend the Bluecoats home show at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium. While looking for a hotel, the reviews were excellent for Home 2 Suites by Hilton. I was not disappointed. My room was beautiful! King size bed with beautiful, luxurious bedding, a couch, and a kitchenette. The front desk even texted me after my arrival to make sure I was happy with my room. They made me feel so welcomed after driving almost 8 hours from Wisconsin. Breakfast was excellent and I really appreciate the 24/7 gourmet coffee available in the lobby. There is a really nice area outside available to eat a meal. They even have an outdoor sitting area with a fire pit for later in the evening. I will definitely be coming back when I'm in the area.

The hotel was really great in all ways and we very much enjoyed our stay!

It would have been nice to have a breakfast that was stocked. I was there 6 days and 4 of those days things ran out. I had 3 kids and was not able to get to the breakfast until 8:30-8:45.

Great room size. finally someone has designed a hotel room that you can live in during your stay. The full size appliances, plates, cups, glasses and silverware make the Home 2 experience the best I've ever had. At Home 2 you can live normally while on the road.

Location was somewhat secluded behind another hotel, so that helped with the privacy and safety.

I reserved a 2 queen room a month ahead of time. When I arrived. I was told that we had to take a 1 King and a pull out couch. I was very unhappy with this. While being polite yet I don't care attitude. He said there was nothing to do about it. It happens. He said well both rooms are the same price. There's no difference other than ones a pull out. He offered me a very small discount. I accepted because I needed the room. That pull out couch IS NOT the same as an actual bed. Like he implied. I woke up with so many aches and pains. My hips and back hurt so bad. . It was very poor quality. They have a package with the bedding. NO PILLOW CASES! SO DISGUSTING! Yes I could have gone and gotten some. For the price of the room and the situation I was in. It was upsetting. When I contacted HOTELS.com. they were going to give me $20 credit on their site for a later date. I will not be using another hotel visit through HOTELS.com ever again in my future. So the $20 is usles to me. Former user...

Very nice place to stay but unfortunately the only reason I was able to afford it was because there was a deal going on. Only downside was the walls were pretty think and you could hear the person in the room next to you, but it was very clean and had nice amenities for staying an extended period when working out of town.

The room was exactly what we needed

Shower had very little pressure. Area was sketchy. Parking lot had warnings of “parking at own risk”. Did not feel safe. Room smelled terrible.

I booked one room through hotels.com and we had an emergency at our house so we decided to book an extra night through home2suites. They were very accommodating in trying to keep our same room. However they had to move us. Gwen at night was so sweet and helped us with checking in and any questions we had! Tasha in the morning offered to keep our things down stairs while we went out for the day before our other room was ready. Then she took our things up to our room for us before we got back. Those two were amazing and have great customer service skills. I would definitely stay there again.

The fastest and quickest check in or check out i have ever dealt with. Talked with the manager and recommended that she tell the owners to look into adding a location in Alliance, Ohio. It would be 30 minutes away from Canton and we are a very large college town.

Currently having issue with the incidental hold on my credit card. A check of my statement reveals a $50.00 charge. My wife did buy one small bottle of water. That was the extent of our charges. Are they charging me $50.00 for the 16 ounce 500ml bottle of water

We paid for 2 queen beds & we’re only given a king. Multiple attempts with customer service were no help. Room was old and dated. Never paid $200+ for such poor service & was not even the room we ordered. Was traveling with my 2 kids. Worst experience I’ve had.

We had a great time. The staff were very polite. The pool area could have been a little warmer, but overall it was a nice comfortable stay!

The room was large and quiet. However there were several items damaged in the room. Bathroom doors did not work.

2 night stay. First night we thought the room was a bit unclean and the pet fee was not as reported by Expedia. Shortly after midnight there was a loud vibration that started outside our window like a rattle on a vent. It went on intermittently ALL night. We didn’t get much sleep. The desk staff was really great in the morning and moved us to another room for our second night. So much better! I asked for credit for the first night because it was impossible to sleep with that noise all night and they did give us the credit. No problem and I hope they looked into the issue. I’m sure it was something loose on the exterior AC of our room. Just our luck

I arrived to check in on the property. I had my 2 young granddaughter's literally in bathing suits to swim . They said the pool was closed due to maintenance. I can understand that but I couldn’t understand why the girls couldn’t swim a the adjacent Hilton Hampton Inn. The desk clerk said that was impossible. I demanded to talk to the hotel and thanks to Misty , our granddaughters were very happy to swim at the Hampton Inn ! Bless you Misty !
